The solution of the technical problem lies in the fact that the installation for the energy of the hydraulic flow, consisting of a submerged hull and installed in it the working body in the form of an endless rotary conveyor, frame drums and kinematically associated with the generator, has on the body of the valve, substantially different from the prototype, namely the guide flap 5 attached to the housing has a slot of the slot.
