The composition comprises, by weight. h : the product of polymerization of unsaturated compounds of pyrolysis fractions C8-C912-30, polymer modifier "Model" 18-30, plasticizer - oil MO-6 or industrial 40-70, organic solvent 70-85. The composition may also contain 10-50 wt.h. bitumen and 1-5 wt.h. calcium chloride or sodium in combination with 0.01 to 0.04 wt.h, nitriltrimetilenfosfonovaya acid. The composition has a high protective properties, sufficient resistance to termostatu. 2 C.p. f-crystals, 3 tables.

As a deicing component, the composition may contain salts of alkaline or alkaline earth metals, such as CaCl2NaCl as the most common being manufactured according to TU 13830; THE 6-12-26; THE 6-01-540, GOST 450. In addition, the composition contains an organic compound belonging to the class of chelating agents - polyaminoarene acid, for example nitrilotriethanol acid (NTF), manufactured according to TU 6-02-1171 or THE 6-4919. The composition may be manufactured on standard equipment mixing type.

The invention can be illustrated by the following example.

Example.

Experimental data show that the proposed protective coatings have a whole set of high physical-mechanical properties, provide indicators of the properties of the binder component. Astringent component has a high elongation at both positive and negative temperature, high adhesion to the stone materials, sustainable is high performance. They allow to reduce the water absorption of 1.5 to 4 times that are resistant under conditions of negative temperatures and corrosive salt environment, the short period of the formation of a film that exceeds the known protective coatings.
