(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the construction materials industry, namely the composition of the charge of white Portland cement. Astringent, including clinkers white Portland cement, gypsum, additionally contains the polyvinyl acetate in the following, wt. %: clinkers white Portland cement 94,995-95,497, gypsum 4,5-5, polyvinylacetate 0,003-0,005. Improved frost resistance of white Portland cement, without reducing its whiteness and strength characteristics. table 1.

The invention relates to the construction materials industry, namely the composition of the charge of white Portland cement increased frost resistance, having high whiteness and strength.

White Portland cement along with high whiteness and strength has a significant drawback - low frost resistance (at 50 cycles of freezing observed loss of strength two times), which significantly reduces its usage in areas with climate (average annual temperature is +7oC) and in the Northern regions (the annual average temperature of -5oC).

Known composition (France, patent N 2673620) binder containing gypsum, cement and povysheniya cost, associated with additional electricity consumption for grinding of silicon dioxide to microscopic particles.

The closest to the destination and the technical nature of a composition containing clinkers white Portland cement, gypsum, organic additive (AV. mon. USSR N 1772097, CL 04 In 28/04, 1992).

However, this composition is not a high frost resistance.

The objective of the invention is to provide improved frost white Portland cement (BPC), without compromising brightness and strength properties, as well as reduce energy costs.

The problem is solved by the introduction of the binder, including clinker BOC, gypsum, polyvinylacetate in the following ratio, wt.%:

clinkers white Portland cement - 94,995-95,497

gypsum - 4,5-5

the polyvinyl acetate - 0,003-0,005

Binder is prepared as follows:

To clinker BOC added gypsum in terms of SO3a 3.5% by weight of the clinker. The polyvinyl acetate is introduced by grinding clinker in the amount of 0.005% by weight of cement, in terms of dry substance or in the form of an aqueous suspension. Prepare samples of the solution with normal sand in the ratio of cement: sand = 1: 3. Strength tests prowadzi test for frost resistance. Frost resistance is estimated by the coefficient frost resistance, defined by the formula;

where R50- the limit of the compressive strength of the sample after 50 cycles of freezing - thawing;

Cold-resistance coefficient is 0.99

has the following characteristics:

White on MS-14,% - an 85.2 shall coefficient frost resistance - 1,08

From the above comparison table, we can conclude that the white and the strength characteristics of the invention are not reduced, and the resistance increases by 43%.
