The disadvantage of this device is that it only creates the conditions for turning the cutter, and does not contribute to its rotation. In addition, the leaf spring does not have sufficient strength and are easily damaged as a result of breakdowns.

The solution of this problem is achieved in that the device for mounting cutters mining machines, including a fist with a hole cutter body, a transverse groove and a stop for the shank of the cutter with the annular groove and chamfer and the locking element is further provided with a plunger, made in the form of a spring-loaded rod that interacts with the shank of the cutter, and located in a persistent part of the fist at an angle equal to 10-40oto the longitudinal axis of the cutter.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises working head, shank with groove for clamping sleeve receiving and with seating surface for protective member installation in its working position. The device also has split clamping sleeve and protective member installed on clamping sleeve so that protective member may perform axial movement. Lower protective member base is spaced a distance from axis of device symmetry relative shank end. The distance is not less than 0.45 of clamping sleeve length measured along the same axis. Protective member thickness is 0.025-0.25 of clamping collar length. The cutter head is mode in the form of a socket and is furnished with a hole for inserting the cutter. The toolhead has fixation side with retainer catch and outer side oriented opposite to the fixation side, so that during tool operation centrifugal forces are directed from the fixation side to the outer one. The retainer catch has an aperture passing through inner wall of the cutter head and forming dimensional connection to the environment, the said aperture opening the cutter head towards the outer side.

SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is related to the field of mining and construction, in particular to cutters with round tails. Cutter with round tail comprises tail, at the same time tail is retained with the possibility of rotation in clamping cartridge. Clamping cartridge is equipped with one or several retaining elements that protrude inside, which enter circular groove arranged in cutter tail, so that clamping cartridge is retained on round tail of cutter without possibility of shift in axial direction. One or several retaining elements are installed in medium transverse plane of clamping cartridge or have identical axial distance from it. Clamping cartridge is arranged with the possibility of installation in two axial positions turned by 180 around its longitudinal axis on round tail of cutter and fixation on it selectively in one of both identical positions. Retaining elements are arranged between two oriented forming edges across longitudinal axis of clamping cartridge and are stamped and/or impressed inside. Besides forming edges pass along part of clamping cartridge circumference and have distance from each other, which is equal or less than width of circumferential groove in round tail of cutter.

EFFECT: simplified installation of clamping cartridge on round tail of cutter.

Also the clamping sleeve is equipped with holding elements stamped and/or pressed inside; the elements are distributed along perimetre of the clamping sleeve and enter into a circular slot made in the round shank end. Two stamped edges directed across lengthwise axis of the clamping sleeve isolate holding elements. Also stamped edges run along part of perimetre of the clamping sleeve and are arranged at distance one from another corresponding to width of the circular slot in the round shank end of the cutter. Notably, the holding elements form coaxial concave centring section facing the convex bottom of the circular slot.

The attachment point of the mine cutting tool is equipped with a swinging mechanism kinematically coupled with the shank end of a cutting insertion and made in form of a mechanical trigger facilitating a swivel of the cutter around axis. Also the cutting insertion swinging mechanism corresponds to three bushings inserted one into another and equipped with radial lugs axially tapered on ends.

Said section adjoins the guide zone to allow fastening bush to change from unlocked position to locked position of from partially locked position to locked position. Note also that guide zone extends through rounded flare to aforesaid thrust surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling and can be used in production of diamond drill bits with steel bodies. Drill bit comprises body, flushing assemblies, PDC cutters arranged in bushes of plastic metal fitted in blade holes. PDC cutter is attached with the help of two conical lock bushes fitted one into another. One of the latter has outer cylindrical surface mating with blade hole wall and inner conical surface symmetrical about hole axis, its cone vertex facing its bottom. Another bush with inner cylindrical surface mating with PDC cutter bottom surface and outer conical surface symmetric with hole axis, cone vertex facing its inlet. PDC cutter mount hole bottom has through hole in blade of smaller diameter intended for mounting or withdrawing of PDC cutter by axial impacts or squeezing with the help of drift pin to allow worn-out section turn and replacement at cutting edge by turn through required angle relative to axis or complete replacement of PDC cutter with new one.
