Solid anti-icing composition contains, wt%: urea 53-60; surfactant OP-7 or OP-10 0,1-1,0; compound nitrate magnesium nitrate ammonia - waste obtained in the production of nitrogen fertilizers, 37-42,5; carboxymethylcellulose, or Microfine cellulose, or polyvinyl alcohol 0,3-3,0 and water - the rest. The technical result - expanding Arsenal of anti-icing means more efficient and multifunctional range of applications. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 4 PL.

The disadvantages include low fixation on the road surface and nameoffunction application.

The objective of the invention is to expand the Arsenal of solid de-icing compositions with improved efficiency and multifunctional range of applications for prophylactic treatment of road surfaces, and to work with thick and thin monolithic layers of ice and snow.

This task is solved in that the solid de-icing composition sly magnesium is used in the form of complex compounds with ammonium nitrate and represents a departure, obtained in the production of nitrogen fertilizers and additionally contains carboxymethylcellulose, or Microfine cellulose, or polyvinyl alcohol in the following ratio, wt.%:
