(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to underground construction and can be used in the construction of tunnels and shafts. It is aimed at improving the quality of the construction in process buildings and simplify the initial collective shield. Device for the construction of underground structures from monolithic extruded concrete contains a tunneling shield with flush jacks, casing with hydraulic cylinders move, the press ring and the pipe for supplying the concrete mixture into the space between the body of the shield and the casing. It has also the support collar around the input part of the window, underground structures, which on its perimeter secured the ends of the reinforcing ropes. On the body of the shield from the placement of shield jacks fixed drums, each of which is wound the other fixed end of the reinforcing ropes. The obstacles to achieve the desired technical result is the inability of the original collective shield without the support tools needed for performing a tunneling shield (as in the construction of horizontal tunnels and vertical shafts).

It is also known technical solution is described in A. S. USSR N 1.271.973 in class. E 21 D 1/08 from 23.11.1986, ("the Way of erection lining with sinking shafts"), comprising a fixed casing, a ring, which is fixed to the ends of the reinforcing ropes, the other ends of which is mounted on swivel casters installed on the surface of the open hole. This device allows the construction of underground structures (vertical shafts) in the absence of supporting surfaces, necessary to move the ring is pre-stressed concrete due ispolzovanie this device for the construction of horizontal tunnels in the absence of supporting surfaces for the power cylinders, and secondly, the strength of the lining of underground structures remains relatively low, because the tension of the reinforcing ropes in this device is in its final stage of construction of underground structures, and not in each cycle of lowering of the ring relative to the stationary casing, which ultimately reduces the strength of the lining along the entire length of underground structures.

The closest technical solution to the proposed invention is a device for tunnel construction with integrally-molded concrete lining, described in A. S. USSR N 750084 in class. E 21 D 9/06 from 27.07.80, containing the tunneling shield with solid jacks, casing with hydraulic cylinders move, the press ring and the pipe for supplying the concrete mixture into the space between the body of the shield and the casing.

The disadvantage of this device is the inability of the original collective shield in the absence of supporting surfaces to shield jacks, as well as the relatively low strength of the erected monolithic pressed concrete lining, because there is no prestressed reinforcement ropes, greatly enhancing the strength of the underground structure.

The challenge the cat is out of the integrally-molded concrete construction (horizontal tunnels, and vertical shafts), while facilitating initial collective shield (without building a powerful support surface is required to move the shield).

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for the construction of underground structures from monolithic extruded concrete containing tunneling shield with solid jacks, casing with hydraulic cylinders move, the press ring and the pipe for supplying the concrete mixture into the space between the body of the shield and the casing, provided with a supporting collar, covering the entrance part of the window, underground structures, which on its perimeter secured the ends of the reinforcing ropes, and on the body of the shield from the placement of shield jacks fixed drums, each of which is wound the other fixed end of the reinforcing ropes, while reinforcing rope is located in the space between the outer surface of the casing and the inner surface of the housing of the shield, and the drum is equipped with a brake attached to the body of the shield.

Conducted by the applicant's analysis of the prior art, including searching by the patent and scientific and technical information sources and identifying signs containing information about the analogues Savino anticrime all essential features of the claimed invention, and the definition from the list of identified unique prototype as the most similar set of features allowed us to identify a set of essential towards perceived by the applicant result of the distinctive features in the claimed object set forth in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the requirement of "novelty" in the existing legislation.

To verify compliance of the claimed invention to the requirement of inventive step, the applicant conducted an additional search of the known solutions in order to identify characteristics that match the distinctive features of the prototype of the characteristics of the claimed invention, the results of which show that the claimed invention should not be for professionals in the obvious way from the prior art.

The device comprises a tunneling shield with the housing 1, within which are located panel jacks 2, the casing 3 with the hydraulic cylinders move 4, fixed to the body of the shield 1, the press ring 5, the bearing collar 6, which is fixed to the ends of the reinforcing ropes 7, the other end of each of which is wound and fixed on the drum 8 with brake 9, the drum brake is mounted on the wall 10 of the body of the shield, and reinforcing the rope passes through the hole 11 in the wall of the casing 3.

In the front part of the body of the shield is a rotary mechanism 12 involved in development of the soil in the pit. The supply of concrete mixture through the pipe 13 for the construction of cast-molded lining 14.

The device operates as follows.

In the initial period of construction of underground structures (prior to the submission of concrete mixture and pressing her) move the shield is flush jacks 2, rests in the bearing collar 6, creating a tension force reinforcing ropes 7, the brake 9 provides constant tension reinforcing ropes with effort, less the amount of force required to move the shield. In Fig. 2 shows the position of the shield, the press ring and the casing before the next supply of concrete mixture into the space between the casing and the body of the shield.

Upon further pressing the next portion of the concrete mix is moving shield and tension reinforcing ropes (Fig. 3) with the subsequent movement of the casing along the longitudinal axis (Fig. 4). SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for delivering concrete mix at fastening mine workings to place of concreting. Proposed pneumatic concrete-placing machine consists of vessel with charging and discharge holes, car, concrete line and pneumatic system.
