The invention relates to underground construction, and in particular to methods and devices for the construction of underground structures from monolithic extruded concrete, and can be used in the construction of tunnels for various purposes, and for the construction of vertical shafts. The method includes sampling of soil, installation of formwork, concrete mix feeding in opalubochnoj space, the reinforcement of concrete mixtures using the stretched reinforcing ropes with subsequent movement of the casing relative to the erected building section. What's new is that after each cycle of movement of the casing tension reinforcing ropes carried out with simultaneous rotation in opposite directions nearmonopoly ends of the ropes. The device includes formwork, reinforcing rope attached to the entrance of the underground structure. What's new is that the casing is made of a composite of separate interconnected parts, the head is cylindrical, medium - tapering in the direction of the axis of the underground structures, and the tail also tapering transition in cylindrical, and the middle and tail parts are made with the ability to File each of them fixed gear, kinematically connected with a toothed wheel fixed on the end surfaces of the middle and caudal parts of the casing, and on the middle and tail parts installed reels wound with wire ropes and drums equipped with brakes. There is a method of construction of underground structures, which is implemented in the device for laying of underground tunnels (RF patent N 2078929, CL E 21 D 9/00 from 10.05.97 year ), including sampling of soil, installation of formwork, concrete mix feeding between the casing and the formwork, laying the armature winding of wire on the armature during movement.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the relatively low strength of constructed underground structures, the complexity of the device and the inability to use it with sinking vertical shafts.

The closest technical solution to the proposed invention is a method of construction of underground structures, described in and. C. the USSR N 1271973, CL E 21 D 9/08 from 23.11.1986, including sampling of soil, installation of formwork, concrete mix feeding in opalubochnoj space, the reinforcement of concrete mixtures using the stretched reinforcing ropes with subsequent relative movement of the formwork to construct the lining. A device that implements this method contains the formwork, reinforcing rope attached to the entrance of underground structures, the other ends of which are fixed to the formwork.

Task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed, is to increase the strength of constructed underground structures from monolithic extruded concrete during the construction of both horizontal and vertical openings.

Conducted by the applicant's analysis of the prior art, including searching by the patent and scientific and technical information sources, and identify sources that contain information about the equivalents of the claimed invention, has allowed to establish that the applicant is not detected similar, characterized by signs, identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention, and the definition from the list of identified unique prototype as the most similar set of features of the analog revealed sookun in the claimed object, set forth in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the criterion of "novelty" in the existing legislation. To verify compliance of the claimed invention to the requirement of inventive step, the applicant conducted an additional search of the known solutions in order to identify characteristics that match the distinctive features of the prototype of the characteristics of the claimed invention, the results of which show that the claimed invention is not necessary for the expert in the obvious way from the prior art.

The device comprises a tunneling shield 1, inside which there are 2 jacks, casing of separate parts: head 3, medium 4 and the rear part 5; hydraulic cylinders move the casing 6, the press ring 7 ring 8, which is the support collar. The method is as follows.
