The invention relates to the construction on permafrost. Technical result provided by the invention is to improve the bearing capacity and the reduction of the material pile. EFFECT: increased reliability of foundation base, reduced power and labor inputs, improved load-bearing capacity of thawed ground, prevention of foundation settlement during ground thawing and heaving thereof during foundation base freezing.
