Object of the invention is the creation of a more effective treatment of all stages of these diseases by applying on the affected area with an ointment containing beeswax, olive oil, pine resin, lard, with a ratio of components (weight. PM): beeswax 10-300, pine resin 10-300, olive oil 300-600, lard 100-300. The proposed optimal composition of ointments for the treatment of diseases. A method of preparation of ointments and method of its use for the treatment. 3 S. and 14 C.p. f-crystals, 1 table.

The group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to the composition of ointments for the treatment of all stages of inflammatory diseases of the skin, subcutaneous fat and soft tissues, trophic ulcers, burns, nonhealing wounds, chronic fistulas, inflammatory joint disease and other similar diseases, the methods of preparation of these ointments and their use by external application of the ointment on the body.

THE LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY.

There are many ointments for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the skin, subcutaneous soft tissue, trophic ulcers, burns and other d is more close to the claimed solution composition of ointment, the method of its preparation and use.

Healing ointment for the treatment of serious burns, the method of its preparation, sterile bandages with this ointment containing 12-25% wax, 60-88% pharmacologically compatible oil, 1-15% cooling agent (camphor and menthol), and probably less than 5% of active ingredients (antibiotics) that are compatible with these components, described in the PCT application N 88/07364. The ointment is applied to the tissue media (pieces of bandage, gauze, linen or thin film) possible before packing in sterile containers [1].

Known (USSR author's certificate N 98695) antimicrobial emulsion for the treatment of burns, trophic ulcers of the skin and wound skin damage, which includes deodorized fish oil, unsaturated fatty acids - linoleic and linolenova, vitamin E, lanolin, spermaceti, glycerin and distilled water containing 1% aqueous solution of colloidal silver [5].

Ointment for the treatment of traffic is salicylic acid, 1,5-7,0 aminochrome mercury, 7,5-10,0 vaseline oil, 56,0-30,0 medical vaseline and 22.5-27,0 lanolin water that is described in the author's certificate of the USSR N 405549 [6].

Ointment for the treatment of venous ulcers containing gelatin, zinc oxide, glycerin and distilled water, is described in detail in the author's certificate of the USSR N 1178446 [7].

Antiseptic for external use in purulent wounds and frostbite containing dissolved in the lipid extract (vegetable oil) 15% antiseptic solution (rivanol) and bee product (wax), described in the patent of the USSR N 1805952 [8].

It is known (USSR author's certificate N 439288) means for dissolution of necrotic tissue in burns, containing pepsin, ascorbic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid, urea, water and a hydrophobic base, consisting of three parts of anhydrous lanolin and one part pork garden [9].

Known (application France N 2544984) dermatological ointment with a broad spectrum of activity and method of its preparation, in which the active ingredients of the salve contains olive oil and raw beeswax, and one or more essential oils such as thyme oil of dermititis, dermatitis, burns, superficial and deep wounds, fractures and bruises.

General shortcomings described above and others known and used in modern medicine ointments is that they do not allow for effective treatment of all stages of inflammatory diseases and prolonged non-healing infected wounds. In particular, known Vishnevsky ointment (as the practice of its application) is most effective only at the stage serous (not purulent) inflammation, and the known ointment type solkoserila, troksevazina, iruxol in practice apply only to volosataya wounds and trophic ulcers. Data ointment is effective only in clean wounds (in the absence of purulent secretions) at the stage of regeneration. In other words, the known ointment is not universal. This is because usually ointments (due to the hydrophobicity properties of the individual components and ointments in General) clog the surface of the wound and limit ettekanne pus from a wound. However, many currently known and contains antibacterial ointments have a specific activity. In addition, prolonged boiling composition in the preparation of ointments, as is well known, leads to the destruction of biologically active components of the mixture, Thu the use of lamb fat, which has a relatively high melting point and a low content of essential fatty acids, beneficial for the treatment of burns, but not beneficial in the treatment of inflammatory diseases.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTIONS.

The tasks are solved also by the fact that in the known method of preparation of ointments for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, burns, inflammatory diseases of the joints, trophic ulcers and nonhealing wounds by mixing olive oil, animal fat, wax and wood resin, heating and subsequent cooling according to the invention the oil is heated to the melting temperature of the fat, then injected the fat, heat the mixture to boiling, boiling oil and fat mixture dobavlayet for 3-4 minutes, the mixture of oil, grease, wax and tar is boiled for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes, cooling the mixture components ointment after boiling carried out in air at room temperature, after cooling ointment filter through the fabric filter, for example through a filter consisting of three layers of medical gauze, and after straining ointment poured into a glass container and cool to room temperature.

The tasks are solved also by the fact that in the known method of treatment of purulent-inflammatory diseases, burns, inflammatory diseases of the joints, trophic ulcers and nonhealing wounds by applying ointment to the affected area, keeping and subsequent removal of the ointment according to the invention ointment of the above composition is applied in a thin layer on a thick cotton cloth, apply to affected area and stand on the affected area 8-24 hours, after which the ointment is removed and if necessary to the affected area causing a new batch of ointment.

For the treatment of inflammatory diseases in the stage serous inflammation ointment applied 2-3 days, in the treatment of inflammatory diseases in the stage of purulent inflammation ointment used for 3-4 days, and for the ointment, the method of its preparation and use are new, they are not known to us from the available sources of information.

The claimed ointment, method of its preparation and use are not derived explicitly from known modern art, i.e., the proposed solutions are not obvious to a person skilled and inventive.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION.

The invention is illustrated below 11 examples of clinical observations in the treatment of the claimed composition of the ointment and the Table of the composition of the ointment in clinical trials.

EXAMPLE 1. Patient M 29 years. Diagnosis: festering hematoma region of the coccyx. After applying the ointment, the pain stopped in for the first night, the phenomena of purulent inflammation treated for 5 days. In the result the patient has avoided surgical treatment. The composition used in this case ointments are given in the Table.

After applying the ointment next day decreased hyperemia. After 3 days - a significant reduction of inflammation. The ointment was applied twice a day. EXAMPLE 4. Patient K. 17 years. Diagnosis: skin felon 3rd finger right hand. After applying the ointment pain cropped to the end of the first day. Full recovery within 3 days. The composition used in this case ointments are given in the Table.

EXAMPLE 5. Patient M 33 years. Diagnosis: burn 1st degree with an area of 15%. After applying the ointment, the pain stopped within 2 hours. Full recovery within 3 days. The composition used in this case ointments are given in the Table.

EXAMPLE 6. Patient L. aged 47. Diagnosis: Chronic thrombophlebitis of the right leg, trophic ulcer of the right foot. EXAMPLE 8. Patient S., age 16. The diagnosis of furunculosis, dissecting the boils back. After application of the ointment within 1 day to reduce pain and discharge rod. Full recovery after 5 days. The composition used in this case ointments are given in the Table.

EXAMPLE 9. Patient L., aged 65. Diagnosis: Ingrown nail 1 finger on the right foot. The expressed painful syndrome, the use of traditional methods did not give the effect. EXAMPLE 10. Patient S. , 22 years. Diagnosis: Lactational mastitis right, edematous form. After applying the ointment to reduce swelling, hyperemia within 2 days. The composition used in this case ointments prived%. After applying the ointment, the pain stopped within 2 hours. After 3 days the wound surface without bubbles, covered with soft bright pink skin. Additional studies have shown that the most efficient ointment is observed when using the compositions of Examples 1 and 5, i.e. data structures are optimal. Thus it is found experimentally that increasing the number of pine resin in the composition of more than 300 weight parts (here and below is the content of the components relative proportions specified in the claims) is a local irritant effect, which leads to a marked pain sensation, and the decrease in the amount less than 10 weight parts significantly reduces the effectiveness of the ointment. The increase in the content of beeswax over 300 and reduction of less than 10 weight parts leads to deterioration of ductility ointments, resulting in the inconvenience of using ointments. In this case, as shown by clinical observation of the application of the ointment, the claimed optimal composition of the content of the wax helps in the treatment of the image is it undamaged skin from aggressive wound content. The mechanism of therapeutic action ointments based on the ability of the composition to modify and normalize physico-TA in the wound decreases acidosis, removes necrotic mass, improves microcirculation in the wound and inflammation, which leads to increased local inflammatory factors, leukocytes, macrophages, and proteolytic enzymes. Thus, as the above examples illustrate clinical trials, the proposed composition of the ointment and the ratio of the components allows you to get the ointment with unique healing properties, in particular, along with the versatility and especifically action and hydrophobicity of each of the individual components of the composition of the ointment as a whole exhibits a pronounced healing properties and properties to draw pus from wounds (i.e. ointment exhibits hydrophilic properties).
