The invention relates to novel cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions comprising cosmetically and/or dermatologically acceptable medium, 4-tert.-butyl-4'-methoxybenzanilide at least one derivative of 1,3,5-triazine, at least, diphenylanthracene or (-cyano)-,-diphenylethylamine, as well as to a method of stabilization and to a method of cosmetic treatment of the skin and/or hair. The composition is especially fotostudio. 4 C and 27 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to novel cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions (hereinafter referred to as sunscreen compositions), designed to protect the skin and/or hair against UV radiation, in particular solar. In particular it relates to novel cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions having improved photostability and includes an Association of three special filters in a cosmetically and/or dermatologically acceptable medium.

The invention also relates to the use of such compositions in cosmetics and/or dermatology.

It is known that light rays with a wavelength of from 280 to 400 nm cause darkening of the EPI which may hinder the development of a natural tan; therefore, these UV-B rays should be arrested.

It is also known that UV rays with a wavelength of from 320 to 400 nm, which cause darkening of the skin, can cause changes in its properties, in particular if the skin is sensitive or constantly exposed to sunlight. In particular, the UV rays are the cause of loss of skin elasticity and the appearance of wrinkles, leading to premature aging. They contribute to the development of erythematous reaction or amplify some sort of reaction and can even be the cause of phototoxic or photoallergic reactions. Therefore, it is also desirable to delay the rays of UV-A.

Thus, in order to provide the best possible full and effective protection of the skin and hair against UV radiation, in General, usually in the manufacture of sunscreen compositions using Association filters, active against UV-a, and filters, active against UV-B.

In this regard, 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane manufactured by the company Givaudan under the trademark "Parsol 1789", is of particular interest as a filter, active against UV-a, considering his strong absorbent quality.

Similarly, proizvoda BASF under the trademark "Uvinul T 150", have a high ability to absorb UV-B rays and, therefore, are of interest due to the Association with 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane to obtain products that provide broad and effective protection against UV rays.

However, the applicant has found that such derivatives of 1,3,5-triazine in the presence of 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane when exposed to UV radiation exhibit low chemical stability. Under these conditions, the Association of both the filters are not capable of providing long-term protection of skin and hair from the sun.

However, the result of long research in the field of photoprotective the applicant has found that the introduction of diphenylacetylene or-cyano-,-diphenylacetylene in the composition containing 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane in Association with at least one derivative of 1,3,5-triazine, in particular 2,4,6-Tris[p-(2'-ethylhexyl-1'-oxycarbonyl)aniline] - 1,3,5-triazine, can significantly improve the stability derivative of 1,3,5-triazine comprising such compositions and, consequently, the overall effectiveness of these compositions.

This discovery formed the basis of the invention.

Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to create cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions containing 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane in Association with at least one derivative of 1,3,5-triazine, compositions in which the concentration of the derivative of 1,3,5-triazine remains relatively constant even when exposed to these compositions of light.

In addition, used in the present invention, diphenylacetylene or cyano-,-diphenylacetate have good filtering ability, which helps protect against UV, provide compositions, and also filtering system [4 - tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane + derivative of 1,3,5-triazine + (,-divinicell), that is another additional advantage of the compositions according to the invention.

It is also an object of the present invention is the use of diphenylacetylene or - cyano- ,- diphenylacetylene in cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions (or receipt) containing 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane in Association with at least one derivative of 1,3,5-triazine, as defined above, with the aim of improving stability under UV radiation (photostability) of the specified derivative of 1,3,5-triazine in the data tracks.

It is also an object of the present invention is a method for improving stability under UV radiation (photostability) and, consequently, the effectiveness of cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions containing 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane and a derivative of 1,3,5-triazine, as defined above, in particular 2,4,6-Tris[p-(2'-ethylhexyl-1'-oxycarbonyl) aniline]-1,3,5-triazine, which lies in the fact that said composition is administered an effective amount of diphenylacetylene or - cyano- ,- diphenylacetate.

Other characteristics, aspects and advantages of the present invention is presented in leleetsya, thus, 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane. Thus, if you add in sufficient quantities - diphenylacetamide or - cyano- ,- diphenylethylamine in sunscreen composition comprising 4-tert-butyl-4'- methoxydibenzoylmethane and a derivative of 1,3,5-triazine, as defined above, one can observe an increase in the resistance of the specified derivative of 1,3,5-triazine to the effects of light and, consequently, improving the efficiency of sunscreen compositions in time.

Content - diphenylacetamide or - cyano- ,- diphenylacetylene in the compositions according to the invention is preferably not less than 0.5 wt.% with respect to the total weight of the composition. More preferably, it is from 0.5 to 20 wt.% with respect to the total weight of the composition.

Cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions included in the present invention, can, of course, contain one or more additional solar filters, active filters. These additional filters can, in particular, be selected from cinnamicacid derivatives, salicylic derivatives, derivatives benzylidene camphor, benzimidazole derivatives, triazine derivatives, different from the above derivatives, benzophenone derivatives, diphenylacetate different from the above derivatives of p-aminobenzoic acid, polymer filters and silicone filters described in the application WO-93/04665. Preferably, the compositions according to the invention do not contain p - methoxycinnamate-2-ethylhexyl, because p-methoxycinnamate 2 - ethylhexyl can destabilize the composition comprising 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane and a derivative of 1,3,5-triazine, i.e., compositions that correspond to the compositions according to the invention.

Cosmetic and/or dermatological compositions according to the invention can also contain pigments or nanopigments (average primary particle size of 5 to 100 nm, preference is crystalline in the form of rutile or anatase), iron, zinc, zirconium or cerium, which are known in themselves sunscreen agents with the physical principle of delay UV rays (reflection and/or diffusion). Emulsion A (comparative) contains, in addition, derivatives of 1,3,5-triazine, which is 2,4,6-Tris[p-(2'-ethylhexyl-1' -oxycarbonyl)aniline] -1,3,5-triazine (Uvinul T 150). Emulsion B, also comparative, contains "Uvinul T 150" in Association with 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane (Parsol 1789). Emulsion C according to the invention, includes, in addition Uvinul T 150 and Parsol 1789, also-cyano-,-diphenyl-2-ethyl hexyl acrylate (Uvinul N 539). Emulsion D, comparative, includes Uvinul T 150 in Association with Parsol 1789, but with normal UV-B filter, which is octylmethoxycinnamate (Parsol MCX).

The composition of the emulsions A, B, C and D at the level of different contained filters listed above are presented in table I (amounts expressed in wt.% with respect to the total weight of the composition).

For each of these emulsions was determined by the percentage of 2,4,6-Tris[p-(2'-ethylhexyl-1'-oxycarbonyl)aniline] -1,3,5-triazine, continued after obliczenia for each formula.
