Proposed fillers, including bone glue, soap, chalk powder, water. Additionally, it contains 30% solution of waste expanded polystyrene in a mixture of acetone, petrol a-76 at 1:1 ratio. Putty is designed for leveling concrete and plaster surfaces. The technical result is the improvement of the water resistance and adhesive strength of the filler, and a shorter drying. table 2.

The invention relates to compositions of filler, used for leveling concrete and plaster surfaces.

Known fillers, including bone glue, chalk powder, soap, varnish-oksol and water (TU 21-53-66. The adhesive putty).

Ground chalk - 100

Soap - 2,3-8,0

Glue bone - 3,5-9,0

The organic additive is 2.0 - 25,6

As organic additives used drying oil-oksol, or a mixture of drying oil-oksol with emulsol sour synthetic with their weight ratio respectively of from 1:0 to 0.2 to 0.8.

The purpose of the invention is the improvement of the water resistance and adhesive strength of the filler, and a shorter drying.

This objective is achieved in that the fillers, including bone glue, soap, chalk, water, optionally containing 30% solution of waste expanded polystyrene in a mixture of acetone, petrol a-76 at 1:1 ratio in the following ratio, wt.%:

Glue bone - 1,5-2,0

Soap - 1,0-1,5

30% solution of waste expanded polystyrene in a mixture of acetone with gasoline in a ratio of 1:1 - 22-27

Water - 10-15

Chalk - 55-65

Waste polystyrene foam are used EPS packaging.

Putty is prepared as follows: in separate containers prepared solution of bone glue and soap business, the resulting solution poured into the emulsion basis and mix, then add small portions 30% solution of polystyrene and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass. The resulting emulsion is diluted with the remaining water and enter a chalk, mix thoroughly, and then fray in kraskoterke, and then loaded into containers for the finished product.

SUBSTANCE: claimed stone contains 25-75 vol.% of inorganic filler and resin. Stone has coarse surface with uncovered inorganic filler, wherein average depth of downward grooves is 0.02-1.0 mm. Stone of present invention has complex structure, is massive to the feel and has clear, deep, and marble-like color. SUBSTANCE: method involves securing vertical rods in load-bearing layer, arranging zigzag heating wires connected with power source on load-bearing layer; connecting heating wires to vertical rods and applying coating material on load-bearing layer. Coating material is concrete of the following composition (% by weight): low-molecular oligodiene - 8-11; sulfur - 3-6.5; thiuram - 0.3-0.7; zinc oxide - 1.5 - 5.0; calcium oxide - 0.3-0.6; ash from heat power plant - 7-10; remainder - quartz sand. Uninsulated heating wire is used as coating layer reinforcement. Rod height corresponds to coating layer thickness. Electric power is supplied from power source for 55-56 min to obtain coating layer temperature of 85-95°C and then for 180-200 min to maintain 115-125° temperature thereof. Rate of temperature change may not exceed 1°C per minute.

EFFECT: reduced power inputs along with increased coating strength.
