The invention relates to a method of marking objects, designed to identify securities, documents, money, works of art and objects of industrial production. The invention consists in that, after the implementation of locally coherent irradiation volume of the object investigating the transition process and on a curve of the acceleration transient radiation of the object define the parameters for optimal effect and criteria of its return to its original state, this register is encoded in the volume of the object information to perform a pulse of coherent signals. The technical result, which directed this invention is the enhancement of technological capabilities by increasing protection from spoofing objects inorganic, organic and biological nature. 3 Il.

The invention relates to a method of marking objects associated with the identification of securities, documents, money, works of art and objects of industrial production.

There is a method of marking objects in which to play three-dimensional registryroot rays of the source of coherent radiation (see, for example, the description on the application France N 2588509, class B 41 M 5/26, publ. 1987).

The disadvantage of this method is the deformation of the structure subjected to the marking material due to the introduction of a special substance, which is unacceptable for the identification of works of art and other valuable items.

The closest known by its technical essence and the achieved result is a way of marking objects, which consists in locally irradiated object source of coherent radiation, the coding applied marks marking and registration of coded characters of coherent radiation, as well as additional local implementation of coherent radiation in the volume of the object (see, for example, the description of the invention to the U.S. patent N 5369273, CL G 06 K 1/12, publ. 1994).

The disadvantage of this method is limited sphere of coding that due to the possibility of encoding only solid objects, forms and surfaces.

The technical result of the present invention is to increase the technological capabilities by increasing protection from spoofing objects inorganic, organic and Bioorganic nature.

Thus, this solution meets the conditions of patentability of the invention. Other known technical solutions for a similar purpose with such significant signs the applicant is not found.

In Fig. 1 presents a scheme of registration of the curve of acceleration, and Fig. 2 is a functional diagram of the device for marking; Fig. 3 is a diagram of the character reading labeling.

The proposed method is implemented as follows.

To determine the curve of the acceleration of the object 1 it is irradiated by a pulse of coherent radiation produced by the generator 2 and record the spectra reflected from the object radiation. Part of the radiation is absorbed by a material object, and the other part of the coherent radiation is reflected off an object. Reflected from the object, the radiation hits the divider radiation 3 and is directed to a recording of the spectral device 4 with a computer 5, the locking absorption spectra of the investigated object.

Proposed method features ability of preventing bleeding or fading of colouring agents and/or absorbers in plastics by sealing inscriptions made by laser thanks to using transparent polymer in making inscription or directly after it. The identifiers are arranged with the help of a marking laser with wave length, on which the substance with laser-modified criteria does not substantially show absorption or shows only low absorption.

EFFECT: invention provides for development of a data medium with an individual identifier, which has high extent of counterfeit protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser-sensitive polymer coatings for recording information with high resolution on hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces of substrates of a various chemical nature. A coating is made of a composition, which includes the following components: poly(o-hydroxyamide) as a polymer binding agent, sensitive to laser radiation, nigrosin dye as a laser-sensitive substance, an amide solvent. Poly(o-hydroxyamide) represents the product of polycondensation of isophthalic acid dichloride with 3,3'-dihydroxy-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane or isophthalic acid dichloride with mixture of 3,3'-dihydroxy-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane with bis-(3-aminopropyl)dimethylsiloxane, taken in a molar ratio from 10.0:1.0 to 1.0:10.0. The coating is obtained by application of the composition directly on a substrate surface without its preliminary dressing. After that, it is subjected to drying at 100-120°C for 15-30 min.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain coatings, stable in time, resistant to impact of vapours of HCl, H2SO4, HNO3, petrol, alcohol, ammonia, water and withstanding thermocyclic loading from -50 to +200°C.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for laser marking a substrate having a portion which is sensitive to laser radiation emitted by a laser. Said portion which is sensitive to laser radiation can be activated at a threshold energy level. The method comprises steps of: activating said portion which is sensitive to laser radiation using an activating element which irradiates the whole portion which is sensitive to laser radiation, and irradiating a portion of said portion which is sensitive to laser radiation using said laser, wherein the activating element is configured such that the emitted radiation is concentrated at a certain wavelength and wherein overall irradiation results in transmission of energy of said threshold level. The portion which is sensitive to laser radiation is activated in that portion where overall irradiation occurs. The invention also relates to a laser marking system for carrying out said method.

EFFECT: present invention provides high-speed and high-resolution marking.

For the purpose use is made of mechanical device of robot-manipulator type. Identification code is read out by means of mechanical feeler gage and sensor that responds to feeler gage displacement as it engages slits. Identifying elements are installed under each bracing bushing.
