(57) Abstract:The invention relates to forging machinery, namely, to die a snap, and can be used to replace the dies on the press. The device for replacement of the dies on the press contains a rod mounted in the grooves of the punch plate, consisting of a supporting and operating parts, with the possibility of multiple, partially interchangeable use of the working parts when they wear by changing the configuration of the slanted working surface. The device comprises a rod with bevels, swivel brackets, bearings and total signs made for the prototype.The disadvantage of this device is that the result of the operation is the wear of the working surfaces of the rods due to the uneven load when lifting rollers with a stamp that leads to disruption of the exact position of the common tangent on the relation lifting of the stamp.The aim of the present invention is the ability to restore the exact position of a common tangent with respect to each support roller during the entire cycle of rise to a predetermined height.The objective is achieved due to the fact that the device for replacement of the dies on the press, containing bar, made with bevels on the working surfaces are installed in the grooves of the punch plate and pivotally connected with additional rods made with bevels on their working surfaces, pivotally mounted on the rod bearings in the form of two shoulders of the levers on one of the shoulders which has a support rollers, and the other axis, interacting with bevels rod, mechanism for moving the rod, a mechanism for lifting / lowering of the additional rods from the working position and back, rod made of composite bearing and profile of the working parts connected by detachable connections with the reusability of the working parts when worn by changing the configuration of the bevel on the working surfaces.In Fig. 1 shows a General view of the device. Each of the segments has supporting surfaces. Each of the pulling clips is designed with the possibility to rotate at one hinge, as a minimum. Also, there is a supporting surface located above the forming device or on its surface, and serving as a support for the supporting surface of the pulling clip, and a device for providing a certain holding force designed as several power components. The pulling frame material is a reinforced compound. The device for producing metal parts by hydro-forming includes, as a minimum, closed forming instrument and holding device. The device for holding the tool includes, as a minimum, pulling clip with at least one closed circuit pulling frame with two segments separated and located oppositely, to each other, between which the forming tool is located. Each segment has supporting surfaces. The device also has supporting surfaces and designed based on the condition of providing certain holding forces between the supporting elements of the pulling clip and a surface located higher or lower of the tool. The line of application of the composite force resulting from the holding forces is located parallel and in a plane, which does not diverge essentially from the plane dividing the pulling clip into two halves in the axial direction. The material for the pulling frame is a reinforced alloy.

SUBSTANCE: press consists of servo-motor, of slider, of holder for securing upper part of punch to slider, of mechanism for power transfer and of block of control of at least servo-motor and holder. The control block facilitates transfer of the slider into a position, when an upper part of the punch sits on the lower part of the punch, the upper part of the punch disconnects from the slider and the slider travels upward into standard position. Also, the slider does not reach an upper dead point. Further, upper and lower parts of the punch are extracted from the press and parts of another punch are installed. The slider is lowered into a position, when the upper part of another punch is attached to it; the said upper part is fastened and the slider is hoisted into the position when punching commences.
EFFECT: reduced time for punch replacement.

SUBSTANCE: when replacing the upper stamp at the front end of the bending press punch, the upper stamp is inserted and placed below the punch and removed under the punch using a carriage on which the upper stamp is placed. The carriage moves between two matrix elements in the direction along the longitudinal axis of the punch. At that, the carriage is moved to the position under the punch and removed from the punch by means of steel pipe extension device installed on the bending press. The attachment and detachment of the upper stamp from the front end of the punch is performed in a state, in which the upper stamp block is raised and brought into contact with the front end of the punch.
EFFECT: it is possible to quickly and safely change the stamp which enables to improve production capacity of steel pipes.

Hard alloy insertion is composed by several sections made in form of trapezoidal-section prisms which have cut angles at their non-working edges. Number of sections corresponds to number of faces of item to be headed. Cuts of angles are made symmetrically to faces of working edge. Slits are made in several places of multifaced hole bushing at the ponts where faces cross each other.

SUBSTANCE: die set includes deforming punch, die with vertical parting, struts in the form of truncated pyramids having wedge-shaped slopes for mounting die; units for securing struts to supporting plate. Die is placed in struts with possibility of motion relative to them. Struts have double-sided mutually opposite slopes. Elastic member is placed under die. Maximum compression value of said elastic member by means of effort corresponding to effort of clamping die halves in struts is equal to value of descending die at forging process.

Trimming lower die is mounted on upper plate; it has cutting edge and cavity arranged behind collar of cutting edge and designed for freely placing forging of nut wrench. Trimming punch is mounted on lower plate and it has embracing supporting surface for fixing forging at trimming and straightening operations.

SUBSTANCE: die set includes band in which cone insert having several parts is pressed; lower support; inlet and outlet ducts; ram. According to first variant of invention contours of parts of cone insert are restricted by means of two mutually normal planes and cone surface portion cut by said planes. Crossing line of said planes does not coincide with symmetry axis of cone surface. Inlet duct is formed by faces of cone insert parts arranged normally one relative to other and mutually joined; walls of said duct are in the form of portions of said planes. According to second variant of invention contours of cone insert parts are restricted by radius surface, by two mutually crossing planes and portion of cone surface cut by said planes. Crossing planes are mutually normal or they are inclined one relative to other by angle 120°. Axis of radius surface coincides with crossing line of said planes. Faces of cone insert parts are mutually joined; inlet duct is formed by their radius surfaces and outlet duct is formed by radius grooves.
EFFECT: lowered number of parts, reduced consumption of material for making cone insert.
