(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the drilling technique, namely, devices for drilling directional and horizontal wells. The invention consists in that between the lower pipe of the drill string and downhole motor mounted telescopic system consisting of a cylinder and located inside of the piston and the cylinder in the lower part is made with holes, indicating its internal cavity with an annular space, and is connected to the drillstring, and the piston with the motor housing, in addition, on the upper end of the piston established boarding saddle to accommodate fixed or dumped packing, performed with the shank under've overshot. The invention allows to regulate the load on the downhole during the drilling process. 5 Il.

The invention relates to a drilling technique and can be used for drilling directional and horizontal wells.

However, the technical solution.with. N 268341 is structurally very complex and does not allow to regulate the load on the downhole during the drilling process.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the layout of the bottom of the drill string for drilling directional and horizontal wells downhole motor, consisting of a drill string, drill bit and downhole motor with supporting and centering elements on its body, equipped with a telescopic system installed between the bottom pipe of the drill string and the downhole motor and consisting of a cylinder and located inside of the piston, and the cylinder is made in the lower part with holes, indicating its internal cavity with an annular space and connected to the drillstring, and the piston with the motor housing, at the top end of the piston set the saddle to accommodate fixed or discharged from the nozzle, is made with a shank under've overshot.

The invention consists in equipping the layout of the telescopic device comprising performed with the holes in the cylinder connected to the drillstring, and a piston connected to the casing of the engine is to be placed the engine in the well with its subsequent transfer to the bit and maintain the desired axial load on the bit, thus the performance of the holes in the lower part of the cylinder due to the pressure change in the system allows us to get information on the surface of the passageway of the engine. Layout (Fig. 1) consists of drill pipe 1, the downhole motor 2 with the centering element 3 and bit 4. The lower end of the drill pipe 1 through the sub 5 is connected with the cylinder 6, the bottom of which holes 7, connecting it to the inner cavity from the annular space.

Inside the cylinder is a piston 9 with a shank 10 having a through Central channel 11. The shank 10 by means of the thread is connected to the top sub 12 of the engine 2.

In the bore of the lower part of the cylinder (Fig. 2) made slotted or another connection, contactyou the Zan with bit 4.

When the flow of drilling fluid pressure determined by the difference in the engine and a bit of acting on the upper end of the piston is transmitted to the motor housing and creates an axial load on the bit, is proportional to the square of the piston and a pressure differential.

At this point begins the pressure drop in discharge line (Fig. 5), which is an indicator of penetration of the engine equal to the move piston N.

To regulate the axial load on the bit during drilling in the channel of the piston 9 is made saddle 14 which can be inserted fixed 15 or discharged from nozzle 16 with the shaft 17 (Fig. 4) that will allow you to adjust the differential pressure and ultimately the load on the bit.

The proposed layout of the bottom of the drill string provides economic effect when tilted directed the Roubaix (eliminates the need to use weighted pipes).
