The invention relates to a new rubber compound based on silicone elastomer and can be used in aviation, automotive and other industries to obtain rubber resistant to ageing at high temperatures, to impacts of fuels, oils, greases, hydraulic fluids and acids. The mixture has the following composition, wt.h.: fluoropolymer elastomer SCF - 26, barium sulfate - 20, calcium fluoride - 15, the magnesium oxide - 15, resorcinol - 6, triethylmethylammonium - 3. Use rollers with Freccia 1:1,25. To the silicone elastomer is injected magnesium oxide, 3-4 min - barium sulfate, 3-4 min - calcium fluoride and then the remaining components of the mixture injected within 3-4 minutes the Technical result of the invention consists in the improved resistance to heat aging and durability of rubber products of the composition according to the invention. table 1.

The invention relates to the field of production of rubber mixtures and vulcanizates from fluoro and can be used in aviation, automotive and other industries to obtain rubber resistant to ageing at high temperatures, to impacts of fuels, oils, greases, hydraulic fluids and acids.

Beloplodnoe exposed to liquid fuels and oils at temperatures above 200oC and needs a long time to maintain the original performance. Rubbers obtained on the basis of ftorkauchukov, characterized by the following special properties:

- chemical inertness,

- high resistance to weathering,

For the vulcanization of fluorocarbon rubbers, copolymers of vinylidenefluoride with HEXAFLUOROPROPYLENE use the following types of curing systems: diamines, phenolic, peroxide and radiation. The most widely used the first two systems.

This mixture has good heat resistance and resistance to chlorinated solvents.

The closest technical solution to the claimed invention is a mixture based on fluoro SCF-26, containing the following components, wt. h:

Fluoropolymer elastomer SCF-26 - 100

Calcium fluoride - 15

Barium sulfate - 20

The mixture of components produced in the rubber mixer at a temperature chamber and rotors (-30oC) - (+10oC). The resulting rubber has poor mechanical and operating characteristics for use in automotive, oil industry, shipbuilding. The present invention is to increase the resistance of the vulcanizates to thermal aging in hostile environments, dynamic endurance when working in car engines.

The problem is solved in that the rubber mixture based silicone elastomer, comprising vulcanizing system, calcium fluoride, barium sulfate and magnesium oxide as a curing system contains resorcinol and triethylmethylammonium (TEBAH) in the following ratio, wt.h. :

Sulfate barium - 20

Calcium fluoride - 15

Magnesium oxide - 15

Resorcinol - 6

Triethylmethylammonium (TEBAH) - 3

The rubber mixture is prepared in rolls of various sizes. The optimum mixing time is set experimentally. Use rollers with Freccia 1: 1,25 when the linear speed of the rolls 2-3 m/min Pre for up to 3-4 minutes on rollers is formed skin. After the formation on solid rollers skins rubber begin the introduction of the ingredients. First introduce the magnesium oxide and the mixing is carried out for 3-4 minutes. Thus, the tensile strength of rubber obtained from this mixture, 150-180 kg/cm2and the closest analogue of 140 to 150 kgf/cm2.

The duration of the rubbers obtained by the inventive formulation at a temperature of +250oC more than 600 hours. The tensile strength of rubber after 10 days of aging at a temperature of +250oC amounted to 140 kgf/cm2and elongation of 100%.
