The system relates to the field of drilling, namely, foam systems, which are used for the removal of cuttings when drilling boreholes. The technical result is to increase the efficiency of cleaning of the wellbore from the sludge by improving the flotation properties of the foam system. Foam system for drilling wells contains, wt%: surfactant 0.5 to 1, bentonite 2 - 3, carboxymethylcellulose 0.1 to 0.2, acetal 0.5 to 1, water the rest. table 1.

The invention relates to the field of drilling, in particular for foam systems, which can be used to improve the efficiency of removal of cuttings when drilling boreholes.

Wide application as foam systems currently received aqueous solutions of surfactants (B. B. Kudryashov, A. M. Yakovlev "Drilling in frozen sediments". M.: Nedra, 1983., 118 C.).

Such foam systems have low floating properties and do not provide effective removal of cuttings when drilling wells.

Known foam system also has a low floating properties and does not provide effective cleaning of the wellbore from cuttings, so as to be drilled rocks are mostly hydrophilic, their bad particles attach to the bubbles (gas) foam systems, which generally worsens the conditions of flotation.

The present invention solves the technical problem of improving the efficiency of cleaning the wellbore from the sludge by improving the flotation properties of the foam system.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the known foam system containing an aqueous solution of bentonite, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC, surfactant (surfactant), according to the invention further comprises a pre-emulsified acetal in the following ratio, wt.%:

surfactant - 0,5...1,0

bentonite - 3,0 2,0...

carboxymethylcellulose - 0,25 0,15...

acetal - 0,5...1,0

water - the rest.

We offer foam system is prepared as follows. First prepared by mixing RA the mixture in small portions add with constant stirring prepared solution of bentonite and CMC, get a finely dispersed emulsion acetal in water. Then in the prepared emulsion is added to the remaining amount of surfactant (0,45...to 0.95 wt.%), produce foaming by aeration.

The inclusion of the proposed foam systems acetal, water-repellent surface of the sludge particles, improves the conditions of flotation, almost without compromising the basic properties of the foam system - multiplicity and stability.

In the laboratory tests, we offer foam system. The test results presented in the table.

The table shows that the proposed foam system has improved compared with the prototype of the flotation properties while maintaining stability and can be used for cleaning boreholes during drilling of any rocks.

Solid foaming agent containing, wt %: carboxymethylcellulose 40.0-50.0, sodium sec-alkyl sulfate 35.0-45.0, and sodium sulfonate as anionic surfactant 25-35 additionally contains: disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate as complexone 3.0-7,0, sodium carbonate as pH stabilizer 3.0-7.0, and foaming-enhancing detergent - the rest.

SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains foam forming agent, inhibitor, solvent and water. Bone glue in amount of 4-6 mass % is used as foam forming agent and inhibitor, sodium or potassium hydroxide in amount of 0.2-0.5 % is used as solvent, and balance: water. Composition of present invention makes it possible to produce foam with increased order, stability, inhibiting properties, low filtration factor, improved holding properties and to keep integrity of casing string and cement ring.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of secondary stratum development by perforation.
