The invention relates to construction materials and can be used in the manufacture of finishing works, namely in the manufacture of primers for surface treatment construction products before applying decorative and protective coatings. In the method of preparation of primers, including the production of mineral paste and organic binders and their subsequent mixing mineral paste is produced by milling the pre-made mixes chalk, titanium dioxide, and parts of an aqueous solution of sodium tripolyphosphate and mixtures of pigment and the rest of the aqueous solution of sodium tripolyphosphate, and a binder obtained by mixing (wt.%), synthetic latex 32 - 80, aqueous solutions of surfactant is ethoxylated alkylphenol OP 7 0,4 - 3, thickener 0 - 3,0, sodium tripolyphosphate 1,0 - 5,0, methocel 0 - 49, alkali 0,5 - 10 antifoam 0.5 to 4,8, antifreeze 0 - 5,0, coalescence 0 - 14,0, the antimony trioxide in the amount of 0.5 to 6.0. Moreover, by mixing mineral paste and an organic binder may be added sand and/or fungicidal additive - Mattin. A known method of preparation of the primer by mixing at least one acid, at least one of silicone, a solvent for the acid and solvent for silicone, and emulsifier (application France N 2592037, 04 41/00, 1975).

The closest analogue to the claimed invention is a method for preparing a primer by pre-mixing of the limy test with water to obtain a mineral paste and mixed with an organic binder obtained by mixing VAT residue synthetic fatty acids with part white spirit, with the introduction of the rest of the white spirit by mixing mineral paste with a binder (USSR author's certificate N 798152, 1981).

The disadvantage of this method is the low adhesion to prepare for decorative surface finish.
