The invention relates to the field of building materials and can be used to prepare surfaces of building elements to finish, mainly concrete and plastered. The filler includes a synthetic latex, surfactant, thickener, chalk and water. At the same time as surface-active substances are used in the processing of mono - and dialkylphenols ethylene oxide OP-7 or OP-10 and optional dispersant, coalescent, biocidal additive, a defoamer, a plasticizer, antimony trioxide, alkali, and antifreeze, talc, silica sand and quartz flour in the following ratio, wt.%: synthetic latex is 5 to 30, surfactant OP-7 or OP-10 - 0,1 - 1,5, thickener 0,05 - 1,5, dispersant 0.1 to 1.5, coalescent 0,05 - 3,0, antifreeze 0,0 - 5,0, biocidal additive is 0.01 to 1, antifoam 0.01 to 1, the plasticizer of 0.05 - 5, antimony trioxide 3,0 - 5,0, alkali 0.05 to 5, chalk 30 - 70, talc 0 - 20, silica sand, 0 to 20, flour quartz 0 - 25, water - the rest. The coating has high adhesion to the treated surface, water-resistant and has long-term viability. table 1.

The closest analogue to the invention is a filler containing synthetic latex, surfactant, thickener, chalk and water (see USSR author's certificate N 626074, publ. 24.08.78).

The objective of the invention is to improve the adhesion to the treated surface, water resistance and vitality.

The problem is solved in that the filler, including synthetic latex, surfactant, thickener, chalk and water, as surface-active substances contains the product of the processing of mono - and dialkylphenols ethylene oxide - OP-7 or OP-10 and optional dispersant, coalescent, antimony trioxide, biocidal additive, a defoamer, a plasticizer, alkali, and it can contain talc, quartz sand and quartz flour in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Synthetic latex - 5-30

Surfactant OP-7 or OP-10 - 0,1-1,5

Thickener - 0,05-1,5

The dispersant is 0.1 to 1.5

COA of 0.05 to 10.0

Antimony trioxide - 3,0-5,0

Alkali - 0,05-5

Chalk - 30-70

Talc - 0-20

Quartz sand - 0-20

Flour quartz - 0-25

The coating is prepared as follows:

First, cook 1-3% aqueous solution of a thickener, 8-12% aqueous solution of the dispersant chemical, aqueous solution of surfactant OP-7 or OP-10.

The obtained solutions in the required amount is sent to the mixer. There serves a mixture of synthetic rubber latex with chalk or other filler, and other components of the putty. The mixture is thoroughly mixed in the mixer.
