The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely, to designs of devices for installation, removal and storage of dies. The technical result of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the device, increasing its productivity, flexibility and degree of mechanization, as well as ease of maintenance and level of safety. Device for changing dies includes transporting means, equipped with a position for removal and installation of stamps, tabs conveying means. The device contains guides for the cable and mechanism for moving the die from the work area on the conveying means located at the said position. Transporting means in the form of trucks, equipped with Electromechanical drive with at least two positions for storage of stamps, placed on the side of the press. Truck mounted on positions with the possibility of alternating reciprocating movement from these positions on the rails to a position for removal and installation of the dies on the press. 4 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

The device consists of a stationary table, built from the front side of the press and the drive to move the stamps from the working area of the press on the table and back. For transportation of stamps from the press in the storage position (in this case, the warehouse is used bridge crane.

A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of the replacement dies, because the precondition for that is the presence of the crane, because the table is stationary. Moreover, the latter circumstance complicates the work of Adjusters serving the press, when mounted stamp on it. It should also be said that a forced increase in time changeover press on another stamp effect on the reduction of its performance. The presence of a stationary table does not allow to make production more flexible, i.e. allows to quickly jump to another item of manufactured parts, especially in the face of an increasing range of products, in particular of the family car "Gazelles" and "Sable" and their accessories for GAS is a bed on wheels with a movable frame, jacks with base shoes, as well as the movement of the stamp. The advantage of this device compared to previous ones is its high mobility, because instead of a static table used roaming on the trolley wheels, which wheel manually to the press and through the mechanism of movement of the stamp, made in the form of a winch, set a stamp on the press.

However, this device is intended for removal and installation is only a small stamps, which significantly reduces its technological capabilities. It should be said that even with the rolling truck does not solve the problem of quick punches, because the cart, you must first roll back to the place of storage of stamps, and then use accessories or lifting machines to replace the stamp to the next. All this significantly reduces the performance of the press and the possibility of its use, as mentioned above, in terms of increasing the range of products. This particularly affects the mass or serial production in the manufacture of parts in hydraulic presses, with obviously low performance. In addition, this use to move with the truck on the axle press and Vice versa, which also increases the complexity of the procedure for replacing stamps and as a consequence decreases the productivity of the press in General, and significantly reduces the security of the work performed.

The task of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages, namely: the expansion of technological capabilities of the device, increasing its productivity, flexibility and degree of mechanization, as well as ease of maintenance and the level of safety and obtain a technical result, which consists in expanding the range of the exchangeable dies and the increase in their number while reducing the time for replacement, produced directly near the press without the use of auxiliary handling equipment.

To solve the above problems and to obtain the technical result in the known device containing the transporting vehicle is equipped with a position for removal and installation of stamps, tabs conveying means, guides for the cable and mechanism for moving the dies from the working area of the press on the transporting means located at the said position, the protractor is s press, and the transporting means in the form of trucks that are installed in the positions indicated with alternate reciprocating movement from these positions to a position for removal and installation of stamps. Equipping a means of transporting device for changing dies at least two positions for storage of stamps, placed on the side of the press, and placement on the specified positions of transporting tools, made in the form of trucks, which are equipped with an Electromechanical actuator on the wheels and installed with the possibility of alternating reciprocating movement along the rails from these positions to a position for removal and installation of the dies on the press, makes the least loss of time and without the use of handling equipment to replace the stamps. Moreover, the placement directly next to the press on one or perpendicular lines required number of positions for storing stamps and further rapid change, allows to increase the number of the latter and respectively extend their range, which is especially important in the conditions of mass production while increasing the range of products. In addition, the location of the tabs trucks on both sides, and execute each of them in the form of verticales, and pivotally mounted on the plate last rollaway frame, interacting through screw bracket truck, allows you to reliably freeze cart during the removal and installation of the stamp using the winch. Moreover, the rod keeps the cart from the shift rails and a folding frame from overturning moment. It should be said that in this device, the winch can serve not only one, but a line of presses, each of which has several roaming trucks that creates significant cost savings and makes the claimed device more versatile.

In Fig. 1 shows a device for changing dies with two positions for storage, located on both sides of the position for removal and installation of the stamps on the same line perpendicular to the front side of the press.

Device for changing dies includes transporting means in the form of trucks 1 and 2, is equipped with an Electromechanical drive 3 wheel and moving respectively perpendicular and parallel to the front side of the press on rails 4. Each of them consists of a shaft 11 and a folding frame 12, and the rod is installed with the possibility of vertical movement in the bracket 13 trucks 1 or 2 and interaction with the hole 14 made in the rail 4 to position 5, and a folding frame 12 placed on the above mentioned position, hinged to the plate rail 4 with the possibility of interaction by means of a screw 15 with the bracket 13.

Device for changing dies is as follows.

In the initial position of the cart 1 (see Fig. 1) or trucks 1 and 2 (see Fig. 3 - 6) are located at positions 6, for storing stamps, and one of the trolleys are free from stamp, which at this time is to work on the press.
