Despite the wide range of drugs for the local treatment of wounds, the development of new drugs, taking into account the phases of wound healing, is still relevant. A number of ointments used in the first phase of wound healing include ointments with substances with antimicrobial action, hydrophobic (syntomycin, tetracycline, gentamitsinovoy, liniment Vishnevsky and others) and hydrophilic bases (dioxygenase crosnoe), and for ointments on hydrophobic bases - immiscibility last with wound exudate and provide compression effect on the wound, which helps delay the course of wound process. Complex influence on the wound possess multicomponent ointment on osmotically active the basis of the vegetable "levomekol, "Solfanelli", "Levein" [6, 9]. However, the main disadvantage of these drugs is the use of the composition of chloramphenicol, sulfadimethoxine and norsulfazola that currently, there is a sharp decrease in the sensitivity of microflora [1, 4]. In recent years for the treatment of purulent wounds developed ointments with different antimicrobial means in combination with local anesthetics and essential oils based on sodium - carboxymethylcellulose and polyethylene oxides: Metrokin", "Streptonitol, multicomponent ointment etoniya and others [2, 5, 9]. However, the above ointments do not contain the stimulant reparative processes.

A number of drugs that can stimulate the growth of granulation and used for the treatment of granulating wounds, can be attributed ointment "Polimery" and "Bulosan" fat basis (Bulgaria), containing the Pomorie salt lake and have anti-inflammatory and reparative what ia) and other drugs, contains steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, prolonged use which causes the occurrence of side effects [3, 4, 6]. The most widely used drugs for these purposes, stimulates regenerative processes in tissues, include ointments "Solcoseryl", "Metiluratsilovoy 10%" and "Atsemin". In the composition of ointments "Solcoseryl" includes deproteinizing extract of calf blood and fat base, ointment metiluratsilovoy contains the stimulant reparative processes methyluracil and petrolatum lanolin base, the composition of the ointment "Atsemin" includes atsemin and the basis, which is the composition of the oxides of molecular weight 400 and 4000 lanolin [4, 6].

The main disadvantage of the above drugs is used as ointment bases of various compositions of hydrocarbons, lanolin and oxides. Hydrocarbons inhibit gas exchange and heat of the skin, which slows down the growth of granulation and epithelialization, and in addition, often cause allergic reactions [3, 4]. The objective of this invention is to provide a topical composition for treatment of wounds and burns, effective on all phases of wound healing.

As a stimulator of reparative processes used (8-(2-acetylamino-)adenine hydrobromide hydrate (atadan) in the amount of 1.8 to 6.0 wt.%. Etuden (8-(2-acetylamino)-adenine hydrobromide hydrate) stimulates reparative processes in tissues, are more effective than plastic surgery and other compounds of this series. It is used in gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcers, thermal and radiation injuries of the skin, the mucous membrane of the rectum, nonhealing granulating wounds [6, 10].

The ointment was prepared as follows: in a water bath at (605)oC melted emulsifiers OC-20 and C16-C21and was added to the resulting melt vaseline oil. Atadan was dissolved in water polietilenoksidnoy solution, the resulting solution under stirring was added to the melt of emulsifiers and mineral oil and stirred to cool to room temperature.
