The composition of the sealing liquid contains, by weight. %: the high molecular weight polyisobutylene of 2.5 - 3.3, inden-coumarone resin 0,8 - 1,1, antioxidant - product of the condensation of formaldehyde with articlebuilder.net 0,05 - 0,14, ceresin wax, a product of obezbalivaniya of petrolatum from the dewaxing of residual refined oils of 0.93 - 0.95, and 4-methyl-2,6-directiony the butylphenol 0,3 - 0,5, product modification sunflower oil diethanolamine condensate with boric acid 0.3 to 0.5, industrial oil oil up to 100.00. The sealing fluid is physiologically harmless, antirational with enhanced protective and thermally stable properties. The thickness of the layer may range from 1.0 to 20 mm, depending on application conditions. 3 table.

The study was optimal composition of the sealing liquid. 4-methyl-2,6-directiony the butylphenol (Agidol 1) technical grade B on THE 38.5901237-90;

oil industrial oil I-8A, I-20A according to GOST 20799-88;

product modification sunflower oil diethanolamine condensate with boric acid. the cooling of the composition to a temperature of 50-60oC;

introduction consistently part 4-methyl-2,6 - citrateclomiphene, product modification sunflower oil condensation products of diethanolamine with boric acid and antioxidant.

The sealing compositions of the fluids listed in the table. 1, was tested by the following characteristics:

1. The permeability - saturation of deaerated water of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

2. Thermal stability - the weight loss of the samples at a temperature of 100oC for 500 hours and 130oC - 60 hours, including changing the viscosity of the samples during the test.

3. Protective anti-corrosive properties - corrosion (Art. 10) in the electrolyte according to GOST 9.054-75 at a temperature of 90oC was perialis, and the dipping method was applied a coating thickness of about 20 μm. Then the samples were placed in a hostile environment.

4. Physiological harmlessness was determined on the basis of sanitary-chemical studies of water in contact with samples of sealing liquids.

The proposed composition of the sealing fluid is physiologically harmless and has high physical and chemical stability, ageing and protective properties in a wide temperature range during storage of household and industrial water. The composition of the sealing liquid can be used for deaerated water in the tanks-battery systems heat as well as to protect from evaporation of natural and artificial reservoirs in areas with hot climate.

The thickness of the protective layer can be from 1.0 to 20 mm, depending on application conditions.
