The proposed composition for coatings intended for use in machine-building products to improve their corrosion resistance and tribological characteristics. table 2.

Samples with coatings were subjected to the following tests.

Adhesion of the coatings to the substrate was evaluated by the method of exfoliation, registering the force (F) of the coating flaking off (GOST 14760-69).

The wear rate () of the coatings were determined according to GOST 11629-75 machine-assisted friction SMC-2 (load N, the sliding speed of 0.4 m/s). The results are given in table 2.

Technical and economic efficiency of the present invention can significantly improve the tribological, corrosion, adhesion characteristics of the coating, which will lead to increased resource their work.

As can be seen from the above data, the corrosion rate decreased in 2 times, the adhesion of coatings to metal surfaces has increased in 5 times when achieving high durability.
