(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to devices for spraying liquids and suspensions. The injector includes a housing, a nozzle with a tapered and the swirling chamber and a cylindrical bore, a screw, between the nozzle and the screw is placed swirl plate with tangential and inclined grooves, the screw is made with a through axial extending bore. The invention allows to simplify the design of the screw, injector to reduce the complexity of its production and the hydraulic resistance to fluid flow. 3 Il.

The invention relates to devices for spraying liquids and suspensions and can be used in metallurgical, chemical, pharmaceutical, biological and food industries in installations of spray drying.

The disadvantage of nozzle design is the complexity of the atomizer, a great complexity of its manufacture, especially for small nozzles, a large hydraulic resistance to fluid flow.

The disadvantage of this nozzle design is the complexity of the screw (swirl), a great complexity of its manufacture, especially for small nozzles, a large hydraulic resistance to fluid flow.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks.

This is achieved by the fact that in the injector nozzle has a conical swirling chamber, the cylindrical hole, the screw is made with a through axial extending bore, swirl made in the form of a plate with tangential inclined grooves. And what's new is that between the nozzle and the screw is placed swirl plate with tangential inclined grooves, and a screw is made with a through axial extending bore.

The inventive nozzle includes a housing 1, a nozzle 2 with a tapered and the swirling chamber and a cylindrical bore, a swirl plate 3 tel 3 structurally designed in the form of a plate with two inclined at an angle of tangential grooves, the axes of which are arranged in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle at a distance from, the axis of the grooves and the axis of the nozzle do not intersect.

The nozzle operates as follows. Fluid under pressure is supplied into the housing 1 nozzle, passes through a through axially extending screw hole 4, the tangential oblique grooves swirl plate 3, the conical swirling chamber, the cylindrical hole of the nozzle 2. When passing through the tangential oblique grooves swirl plate 3, the liquid gets to the spin axis of the nozzle. In the conical swirling chamber, the nozzle 2, the liquid moves along its walls in the form of a rotating film, and the center fills the air vortex. Swirling motion of the fluid at the outlet of the cylindrical hole of the nozzle 2 creates a spray of liquid in the form of a hollow cone.

Thus, changing the design of the screw and the introduction of swirl plate with tangential grooves allows you to:

to simplify the design of the nozzle due to the smaller number of parts than the prototype;

to reduce the complexity of manufacturing the nozzle due to the simpler construction of the nozzle and swirl;
