The invention relates to towing devices of vehicles. Trailer hitch contains Rethimno coupling mechanism for capturing and retaining the coupling loop, the core of which an elastic element is installed in the housing, mounted on the towing cross member of the frame. The rod is made with two clamps placed in the enclosure, consisting of inner and outer cups, with the bottom of the hole for the rod. The invention relates to towing devices of vehicles.

There is a construction trailer hitch type bolt-loop containing V-shaped device, which is attached to the rear cross member using an elastic flange and castellated nut, and rubber buffers on both sides of the rear frame crossbars (KAMAZ type 6x4. Manual, PM, engineering, 1988, page 112).

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the stiffness of the buffer. At relatively low loads the buffer is completely deformed and starts to operate as a rigid element, this leads to shock loads on the elements of the frame and hook that does not meet operational requirements.

Closest to the claimed technical solution of the essential features and the achieved result is a trailer hitch type hook-loop containing Rethimno coupling mechanism for capturing and retaining the coupling loops of the trailer drawbar with a rod placed in the cylindrical housing mounted on the towing cross member Paradise. A disadvantage of the known technical solution is a large shrinkage of the elastic element, resulting from the fact that the ratio of the diameter of the elastic element to its length is less than 1.0, and due to the fact that the elastic element works in compression sequentially in opposite directions. Result is a backlash, which leads to shock loads on the crossmember, frame and hitch mechanism.

The preload nut with the cotter pin is not completely eliminates backlash and at the same time increases the stiffness of the elastic elements. This disadvantage is eliminated only by replacing the elastic element.

The task was to increase the elastic buffer characteristics in a wide range of alternating quantities, and reduce shrinkage of the elastic elements, to eliminate backlash, and as a consequence, to reduce dynamic loads on the crossmember, frame and Rethimno coupling mechanism for capturing and retaining the coupling loop.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the drawbar device containing Rethimno coupling mechanism for capturing and retaining the coupling loop, the rod with which the elastic element is placed in the housing, consisting of inner and outer cups, with the bottom of the hole for the rod, the inner body is made detachable neck, covering the core and its inner surface is cylindrical with a diameter equal to the diameter of the shoulders of the rod, and the outer bevel with narrow towards the bottom of the glass, while the inner surface of the outer Cup is made with a step under the bottom of the inner Cup and the upper part equidistant conical surface of the inner Cup, and the lower part is cylindrical, in addition, side surfaces of shoulders and the inner surface of the cups facing each other, made inclined and form a cavity, which are placed in the perforated elastic elements, and the shoulders of the rod in cross section have a trapezoidal shape, and the inclined surface of shoulders and glasses, facing each other, are pairwise parallel.

The proposed solution meets the criterion of "novelty", presented to the invention, since the essential distinguishing features of the proposed technical solution is not found in the known technical solutions in the field of science and technology.

Analysis of compliance of the claimed Technip technical solution of the distinctive features known separately from different sources science and technology, however not found a technical solution, with the declared set of distinctive features that solve the task - to reduce shrinkage of the elastic elements, elimination of backlash, increase the elastic buffer characteristics in a wide range of alternating loads.

The claimed technical solution has solved seemingly unsolvable contradiction: it is necessary to increase the elastic buffer characteristics without a substantial increase of the elastic elements. This contradiction has been resolved due to the fact that the elastic elements are placed in the cavities of the housing formed by the inclined inner surfaces of the cups and the side surfaces of shoulders. Trailer hitch includes towbar, or gapless coupling device 1, the terminal 2 which is made with collars 3 and accommodated in the housing. The case consists of an inner Cup 4 and the outer Cup 5 having a bottom hole terminal 2.

The device works in the following way: a vehicle with a trailer when pulling away transmits a pulling force on the rod 2, the clamps 3 which, pressing the elastic elements 8 pairs to the inclined surfaces of the bottoms of the cups 4 and 5, deform them, resulting in a traction load is transferred without shock.

The proposed solution compared to the prototype allowed the increase of the elastic characteristics of the buffer to reduce the shrinkage of the elastic elements and to eliminate backlash. - the claimed device increases the range of operating unstressed loads;

- the claimed device increases the range of dynamic loads to the possibility of breakdown of the elastic elements.

Proposed automatic device to decrease course drift of trailer has operating members in for of hydraulic cylinders mounted on trailer chassis, electromagnetically controlled hydraulic system, hydraulic pump and distributor with bypass valve. Device is furnished with additional independent operation distributors controlled by solenoids arranged on trailer chassis, transistors forming power circuit including solenoids and lamps showing direction of trailer drift arranged in driver's cab and control circuit including contact group which controls operation of operating members and being essentially sealed contacts controlled by permanent magnet and arranged on chassis of trailer between trailer slewing circle and load platform. Placed in control circuit is sealed contact operated by permanent magnet and located on steering column which controls operation of automatic device reducing drift of trailer at cornering.

EFFECT: increased speed of train and capacity, reduced tendency to jack-knifing when negotiating slopes, simplified design.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of semi-trailer with support gear and support sheet of frame step in contact with turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover equipped with grips engaging with pivot of semi-trailer. Turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover is provided with vertical hole accommodating movably fitted-in pin spring-loaded relative to turntable, one end of pin has flat to engage with support sheet of semi-trailer frame step, and the other has conical section to engage with grips spring-loaded relative to each other by extension spring. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trailing vehicles and it can be used to improve draw and coupled properties of vehicle and to reduce dynamic loads on its running gear and transmission at unsteady running by killing longitudinal resonance oscillations of trailer. Proposed trailer draw-and-coupler gear has draw link with rod passed through hole made in front part of pole. Cross-member is installed on pole, being furnished with lock member in places of connection with pole, and provided with central longitudinal hole. Cross-member is adjustable in length of rod in brackets secured on pole. Device is furnished additionally with spring with outer diameter of coiling changeable in length. Spring is coupled by one end through support plates with front part of pole, and by other end, with cross-member through rubber buffer installed on rod and pressed by two cups, body of one cup being nested in body of other cup. Support plates are made for shifting tight to cups and acting onto rubber buffer through cups to dissipate absorbed energy. Rod consists of two parts, one of which is fitted into the other, being fixed through plate by nut and safety pin with cotter pin.

EFFECT: provision of easy taking off from halt, simplified design of device, increased service life and improved draw-and-coupling characteristics of vehicle, reduced dynamic loads on running gear and transmission at unsteady running by killing longitudinal resonance oscillations of trailer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to different trailer-trains. Proposed support-and-coupler gear of trailer-train consists of turntable with vertical hole hinge-mounted on frame of prime mover and intercoupled with pivot of semitrailer secured on support sheet of frame step and carrying support posts with their drive mechanism. Hole in turntable is oval, with oval-shaped split elastic bushing fitted in oval hole for angular turning and provided with vertical slot whose size is greater in which than maximum diameter of pivot and furnished with triangular teeth on upper end face.
