(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to an indicator penetrants used in penetrant methods of inspection of the various parts, and can be used in automotive, aviation, aerospace industries. Describes the indicator for liquid penetrant flaw detection, containing an organic dye and a carrier of the indicator fluid. It differs in that the dye contains fat-soluble dyes: dark red W on the basis of a product of a combination of diazotized metonidazole with betanaphthol and dark red 5S based on the product of the combination of diazotized metonidazole and metalinguistically with betanaphthol, and as the carrier is the working fluid R j-3 - a by-product of deep hydrogenation of a kerosene fraction having a flash point 80-86°C in the following ratio, wt.h.: the working fluid RJ-3 - 100; dye dark red W 0.5 to 0.8 and the dye dark red 5S is 0.5 - 0.8. The technical result is an increase in the level of sensitivity of the indicator of penetrant.

The invention relates to an indicator penetrants used in penetrant methods of inspection, rageh industries.

The closest analogue to the proposed indicator penetrant is an indicator penetrant method for color liquid penetrant inspection, described in the book Century A. Karyakin, A. S. Borovikov "Fluorescent and capillary". - M. : Mashinostroenie, 1972, S. 228. Penetrant contains the organic dye is an azo dye such as Sudan-IV group Morilov, Rodinov and the carrier of the indicator fluid is kerosene. The specified indicator penetrant has a number of disadvantages: high fire danger, as the flash point of kerosene 40-48oC, and only provides a medium level of sensitivity when detecting cracks disclosure of 3 μm or more.

The invention is directed to improving the sensitivity of the indicator of penetrant.

The invention consists in that in the indicator penetrant method for color liquid penetrant inspection, containing an organic dye and a carrier of the indicator fluid, a new qualitative and quantitative components. Proposed penetrant differs from the known fact that as an organic dye it contains fat-soluble dyes: dark red W - based products soch what I diazotized of metalingual and metalinguistically with betanaphthol, and as the carrier of the indicator fluid is the working fluid R j-3 - a by-product of deep hydrogenation of a kerosene fraction having a flash point 80-86oC. Quantitative composition the proposed penetrant: 100 wt.h. the working fluid RJ-3 contains 0.5 to 0.8 wt.h. these fat-soluble dyes.

Studies have shown that the use of indicator of this penetrant composition significantly enhances the sensitivity of the indicator of penetrant in comparison with the prototype. The content of the fat-soluble dyes in the carrier of the indicator fluid is selected taking into account the full saturation of the solution. The increase in the mass of the dye does not increase the concentration of the solution, and the excess is filtered off in the cooking process. Reducing the limit of the content of the dye reduces the color indicator track in the control.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention. In the conditions of production for liquid penetrant inspection was used indicator of the penetrant, which is a solution, where the organic solvent used working fluid RJ-3 (TU 38.1001964-83), the flash point of which 80oC, and in quality the"5S" (TU 6-36-5800146-922-90).

Example. Penetrant method for color obtained by dissolving 8 g of dye "W" and 8 g of dye "5C" in 1000 g of the working fluid RJ-3, heated to a temperature of 40-50oC in a water bath. The flash point of the solution 80oC.

The test indicator of penetrants on the certified control samples with cracks of different disclosure, it was found that they provide high sensitivity, revealed cracks disclosure of 1 μm or more. Known prototype provides a medium level of sensitivity, detects cracks disclosure of 3 μm or more.

The proposed indicator penetrant allows to increase the sensitivity level from medium to high and simplifies the cooking process indicator of penetrant.

Indicator penetrant method for color liquid penetrant inspection, containing an organic dye and a carrier of the indicator fluid, characterized in that the organic dye it contains fat-soluble dyes dark red W on the basis of a product of a combination of diazotized metonidazole with betanaphthol and dark red 5S based on the product of the combination of diazotized metonidazole and m is hydrated product deep hydrogenation of a kerosene fraction having a flash point of 80 86oC in the following ratio, wt.h.:

Specified working fluid RJ-3 - 100

Specified oil-soluble dye:

dark red W - 0,5 - 0,8

dark red 5S - 0,5 - 0,8
