(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to closed fast chain transfer roller and timing circuits. The drive chain of transmission contains the hub and ring gear. The hub is made symmetrically located about the axis of rotation of the sprocket cavity filled with a viscous fluid. In the ring gear are made identical and arranged symmetrically to the axis of rotation of the sprocket channels with the possibility of receiving a viscous fluid from the cavity of the hub in the troughs of the teeth of the ring gear. This increases the durability of the chain transmission. 2 Il.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in a closed high-speed chain drive roller and gear chains.

A device for reducing impact force in the chain engages and noise transmission by setting the elastic elements between the sprocket wheel and chain (application Germany N 3801865, MKI F 16 H 55/30).

The disadvantage of this solution is the fragility of the elastic elements, in particular working environment oily liquid.

Also known sprocket chain transfer (see a.with. N 1350, MKI F 16 H 55/30) with RA is ebony teeth and reduce noise transmission.

The disadvantage of this design is the low durability of the chain transmission due to loss of elasticity, embrittlement and chipping viscoelastic material when working in an oil environment of the closed high-speed transmission and due to the volatility of the chain when out of engagement with an asterisk.

The aim of the present invention is to increase the durability of the closed high-speed chain transmission.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the sprocket hub, containing crown gear is made symmetrically with respect to the axis of rotation of the sprocket cavity filled with a viscous fluid, such as oil, and the ring gear are made identical and symmetrically arranged about the axis of rotation of the sprocket channels with the possibility of receiving a viscous fluid from the cavity of the hub in the troughs of the teeth of the ring gear.

Produced by the rotation of sprocket effort hydrodynamic pressure of the viscous fluid flowing under the action of centrifugal forces of inertia of the cavity of the hub through the channels in the troughs of the teeth of the ring gear sprocket, it reduces the strength of the shock interaction of the chain links, inbound engages with the sprocket teeth, balances comfort is t, thus, the durability of a chain.

In Fig. 1 depicts a fragment of the sprocket of Fig. 2 - cross section a-a in Fig. 1.

Asterisk includes a wheel hub 1, in which the cavity 2 is filled with a viscous fluid, such as oil, and the same are located symmetrically relative to the axis of rotation of the sprocket channels 3, indicating the cavity 2 with cavities 4 of the ring gear 5 stars.

A viscous fluid contained in the cavity 2 of the hub 1, under the action of centrifugal forces arising from the rotation of the sprocket moves along the channels 2, leaving in the depression 4 of the ring gear 5 excess pressure jets formed near the incoming engages the chain link and partially reducing the force of his blow on the sprocket teeth. Directed along the radius from the center of the sprocket, the force of fluid pressure helps smooth the output of the chain link out of engagement with a sprocket wheel at idle branch.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to general machine building and can be implemented in any of its branches where mechanic gears of rotary motion are used. The chain gear consists of two or more wheels-gears connected with chain (3). The gear corresponds to a unit wherein gear rim (K) consists of a set of separate sector parts connected with disk (4) of a gear with fit ring (6). Connections of gear rim (K) with disk (4) and fit ring (6) contain a system of slots and lugs facilitating adjustment of diametre of initial circumference of the gear and consequently its step bringing it to correspondence with the step of the chain by its wear. Adjustment is carried out with angular turn of the disk relative to the fit ring with tap wrench (8) with gear.

EFFECT: increased operation life of chain, reduced cost for spare chains for facilitation of required resource of chain gear.
