SUBSTANCE: tool includes clamp mechanism having clamp cylinder and spacing rod arranged in it. Tool includes housing in which compression spring is arranged in such a way that its one end rests upon housing and other end rests upon end of clamp cylinder; force working member mounted inside compression spring and made of shape memory alloy. One end of working member is secured to housing; its other end is secured to spacing rod. Spring and working member are made with possibility of creation in common system of forces in which direction of summed vector acting upon spacing rod depends upon temperature of working member. Increase of working member temperature till value exceeding that of reverse martensite conversion causes generation of efforts transmitted to spacing rod due to shortened length of working member.

Proposed method includes feeding of pipe cyclically at preset step to sizing tool of expander and its expansion at each cycle by means of sizing tool. During cycle which follows first cycle pipe is turned through angle whose value corresponds to value of deviation of pipe axis from straightness on section whose length is equal to pipe feed step at each cycle of expanding. Device is provided with holder with rollers on end face of sizing tool, axis of rotation of holder coincides with axis of sizing tool. Rollers are installed for movement in radial direction.

EFFECT: improved quality owing to provision of stability of geometric dimensions.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with pins and expander. Pins have flushing fluid channels. Expander includes two discs with working parts symmetric about device axis. Pins are made as rods with support ledges in central parts thereof and threaded ends. Discs are shaped as truncated sphere segments and are located from both support ledge sides. The discs are supported by friction bearings. Disc diameters in working expander position are equal to inner diameter of expanded pipe. Upper disc in working position cooperates support body surface and slides downward as device is lifted from well. Lower disc cooperates with support ledge.

EFFECT: increased quality of pipe expansion and reliability of device lifting from well, as well as extended operation time.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes attachment for holding body and preventing its rotation; tool for deforming body in predetermined zone of its lateral surface. Said tool is in the form of set of segments forming supporting surface of cylindrical shape. Each segment is in the form of 1/2 of cylinder cut diametrically along its axis. Segments may be moved in vertical axial direction and in horizontal radial direction by means of tool moving mechanism. Said mechanism is in the form upper and lower cones mutually joined through rod. Upper cone is fixed to rod and lower cone is mounted stationary. Segments are mutually bonded trough elastic members for providing their simultaneous movement.

EFFECT: simplified design of apparatus, simplified deforming process.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing annular blank into cavity of die; upsetting it and expanding while performing upsetting stage due to creating inside blank hydrostatic pressure of incompressible hydraulic fluid; before placing annular blank, filling cavity of die with incompressible hydraulic fluid. Upsetting of blank and creation of hydrostatic pressure inside it are realized by means of punch. Spindle oil is used as incompressible hydraulic fluid.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant contains housing, rod, pair of truncated cones, segments with guide slots, and drive. Said truncated cones are made with equal taper angles, being installed for axial displacement and pointed to each other by smaller bases. Segments with guide slots are installed for radial displacement. Truncated cones are provided with locks installed for travel in guide slots of segments and engagement with their inner surfaces. Plant is furnished with two bushings with slots and rack mechanism. Rod is made in form of drive shaft and is installed on housing for periodical demounting. One end of rod is connected with drive by splined joint. Truncated cones are installed on rod for axial displacement by means of thread. One truncated cone has right-hand thread and the other, left-hand thread. End faces of larger bases of truncated cones are provided with cylindrical projections with splines designed for fitting said projections in slots of bushings for axial displacement and engagement with inner surfaces of bushing slots. One of said bushings is rigidly secured on housing. Second bushing is secured coaxially with rod in rack mechanism for axial displacement.

EFFECT: possibility of expanding of clutch made of different materials.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of end expanding of hot part at deformation temperature less than that of forging and simultaneously expanding diameter of under-flange portion of tube blank and shaping flange in rotating annular die by means of inclined punch fed along axis of tube blank. Process of end rolling out is realized for producing parts having flange thickness less than that of wall of tube blank and under-flange portion of tube blank in the form of truncated cone or cylinder with diameter exceeding by 1.2 - 1.05 diameter of tube blank. Punch is fed by inclination angle 4 - 6° relative to axis of tube blank.

EFFECT: improved quality of parts.

SUBSTANCE: device contains sectional matrix with a sectional attachment placed inside, sectional punch with a sectional attachment placed on its cylindrical part, installed with the possibility of radial motion around a conical center hub connected with gearing of reciprocating axial movement, having a coaxially installed sliding cylinder of hydro-cylinders of reduction and rationing, crimp barrel placed on the sliding cylinder of hydro-cylinders of reduction from the outer side of the sectional matrix. The sectional punch has an elastic flange. The sectional attachments of the punch and of the matrix are extensible installed. At the same time, each sector of the sectional punch, the sectional matrix, and the sectional attachments is connected with the corresponding sectors of the partition, located on their tops at different sides, forming a groove between the corresponding sectors. Attachments of certain thickness are used.

SUBSTANCE: tool for pipe ends expansion, which consists of tail piece and working part of tool that is made in the form of roller with inlet cylindrical section, forming section, which is made as reciprocal to form of pipe expanded section, and support part. Mentioned roller is installed in bearing supports with the possibility of rotation in tail piece bore. At that roller rotation axis is installed at an angle to axis of tail piece rotation and crosses it in the point that is located in the plane of roller inlet cylindrical section end, which is installed perpendicularly to roller axis. At that diameter of inlet cylindrical section of roller is calculated by formula that considers internal diameter of pipe and angle of roller rotation axis to tailpiece rotation axis.
