(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to drain valves for sanitary-technical equipment - flush tank with top and start a different height, used for flushing toilet bowls, outdoor bowls and vidanov installed in the lavatories of buildings for various purposes. An object of the invention is to create a compact device with a simplified design, as well as reducing the metal of the device and the possibility of its placement in flush tanks of different heights. The drain valve includes a node overflow float and shut-off valve, a cap, a start button and a lever mechanism of a drive of a node outage. At this site the overflow consists of two coaxially arranged and adjustable between a length of pipe, the lower outer end of which is fixed to the float and valve. The inner tube is articulated by means of thrust is connected with a lever mechanism which, in turn, hinged to the start button and with a stiff suspension - with lid tank. The start button is installed in the roof of the tank using a mobile in a vertical plane spring-loaded sleeve. However, this construction is also too bulky.

Known discharge device of the tank, which can be shut off at will, i.e. to empty the tank only partially to conserve water consumption. A device for draining a variable rate of water intended for installation in the tank for flushing the toilet bowl. The device comprises a stationary guide element located between the bottom and the lid of the tank. At the lower end of the guide element has an outer cap, located opposite the outlet of the tank. The most industrially applicable is the device which is devoid of the above disadvantages is the most compact and easy to carry and enables its placement in uneven flush tank.

Industrial applicability of the proposed invention is ensured by the fact that the drain valve flush tank contains a node overflow with Pope two coaxially arranged and adjustable between a length of pipe, on the lower outer end of which is fixed to the float and check valve inner tube pivotally connected to the lever mechanism, which, in turn, hinged to the start button and with a stiff suspension - with cover tank, while the start button is installed in the lid of the tank using a mobile in a vertical plane spring-loaded sleeve. Additionally, the inner tube site overflow pivotally connected to the lever mechanism by means of thrust, and a cap rigidly connected to the bottom of the tank.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a General view of the drain valve flush tank.

Drain valve flush tank 1 contains a node outage, made in the form of two coaxially arranged pipes 2 and 3, the adjustable between a length coupling nut 4, which increases or decreases the height of the drain valve as a whole for its placement in uneven flush tank. At the lower end of the outer pipe 3 is fixed to the float 5 and the shut-off valve (pear) 6 and the inner tube 2 by means of thrust 7 pivotally connected to the lever mechanism with levers 8 and 9. The lever 8 pivotally connected to the trigger button 10 and right shoulder hard suspension 11, fixed on the cover is. the button start system 10 is installed in the lid of the tank 1 with the sleeve 12, which is made movable in the vertical plane and biased by spring 13. The cap 14 has a cover 15 with a Central opening through which skipped pipes 2 and 3 of node outage, is rigidly connected to the bottom of the tank 1 by means of a nut 16 and is made with holes for water drainage (conventionally not shown). Hard suspension 11 fortified inside the tank 1 by means of a nut 17 on the lid of the tank.

The operation of the drain valve flush tank is as follows.

Big and small drain water from the tank is provided a lever mechanism and coaxial spaced button and a sleeve mounted on the lid of the tank with different force start the water.

Moving the button 10 is transmitted to the lever 8 through a sliding connection with the lever arm 8 is lowered around a fixed axis of its connection with the right shoulder of the housing of the hard suspension 11. The closure member is made of pivoting unit, connected with the overflow unit, and kinematically connected with the push-buttons of the large and small drains. SUBSTANCE: cutoff mechanism comprises collar, overflow pipe, body with water drain orifices, with overflow pipe support and with collar seat, collar retaining unit, which fixes the collar during water discharge, and collar lifting unit provided with push button means. The push button means has working member with variable stroke. Cutoff mechanism also has double-arm lever secured to axis of overflow pipe support. The collar is connected to overflow pipe. The overflow pipe has radial shoulder in upper part thereof to connect overflow pipe with one arm of double-arm lever. Collar retaining unit comprises vessel with perforated bottom part. The vessel is telescopically installed on overflow pipe so that the vessel may be displaced along overflow pipe by means of control rod fastened to the second arm of lever. The collar retaining unit also comprises valve, which closes part of vessel orifice areas during water drainage. The valve is formed as control rod passing through one above vessel orifice and connected with radial flange of overflow pipe. The control rod has cylindrical extension closing the orifice when overflow pipe is lifted to its upper position. The working member may cooperate with lever arm, which is connected to the vessel by means of control rod. Vessel may be of annular shape.

SUBSTANCE: double-wash-off valve comprises seat, spillover assembly and shut-off element-lifting mechanism. The seat is fixed at flush tank bottom and incorporates cylindrical shell. The shell bottom is furnished with openings, their upper part communicating with rectangular slots made in the shell wall. The shell accommodates cover enveloping, with a gap, outer pipe and representing barrel. The aforesaid gap makes 0.06 to 0.012 of cover hole diameter. X-bar passes through the inner pipe. The bar lower part rests upon the ledges made inside the aforesaid seat and on the flush hole cylindrical surface. There are hooks on one of the bar walls. The bar is coupled with an extension arm furnished with rectangular holes for the arm to be fitted on aforesaid hooks. Two upper hooks have flanges for the extension arm to be fixed relative to the X-bar. The extension arm upper part has a support bracket with two cylindrical pins mounted one above the other. The aforesaid lifting mechanism represents parallel active and passive levers fitted onto said pins. The active lever represents rocker, its one end being articulated with a radial bracket arranged on the cap nut jointing the spillover assembly pipes. The rocker other end and the passive lever end are articulated with the vertical pushrod, its upper end being sharpened. The major wash-off push button is spring-loaded towards the thrust sleeve with the help of C-like spring and connected with the hollow foot receiving the screw furnished with thrust disk on its lower end. The said disk features corrugated lower surface and circular collar arranged along the disk edges on the corrugated side. The disk rests upon the vertical pushrod sharpened end in its top position before flushing liquid from the flush tank. There are ledges limiting the travel of the major wash-off push button arranged on the lower part of the thrust sleeve. The foot inner surface has radial flexible ribs resting upon the screw screwed into the foot to lock the screw relative to the foot.

Position of inner tube of overflow unit is fixed relative to outer tube of overflow unit by means of union nut and sealing gasket. Said gasket is clamped by union nut between tube of overflow unit. Hinge unit is made in form of lever. Rotary axle is installed in middle part of lever in hinge support. One end of lever thrust against base of rod. Rod is connected with pushbutton spring-loaded relative to thrust bushing. Other end of lever is connected with upper end of tie-rod. Said tie-rod is connected with -shaped lever from side of its lower end. Said lever is rigidly secured on bracket. The latter is made on outer tube of overflow unit higher than cup.

EFFECT: improved reliability of drain valve owing to simplified design and provision of coaxial arrangement of pushbutton of hinge unit drive and overflow unit.

SUBSTANCE: proposed drain valve is design for organization of draining liquids of different type from containers. Proposed drain valve has seat secured in bottom of reservoir, cup installed on seat and overflow unit. The latter contains axially movable tube. Float arranged in cup is secured on outer surface of tube. Shutoff member is mounted on lower end of tube. Overflow unit is passed for axial displacement through cup. Overflow unit is mechanically coupled with rod of shutoff member lift handle. Cup is secured on seat by means of bayonet joint. Overflow unit is furnished additionally with inner tube. The latter is partially arranged inside overflow unit tube. Inner tube is installed for axial displacement and subsequent fixing in position relative to overflow unit tube by means of union nut and sealing gasket. The latter is clamed between tubes of overflow unit by union nut. Two diametrically opposite brackets are made on overflow unit tube from side of its upper end. Tie-rod is secured in each bracket from side of lower end. Upper end of tie-rods is secured in clamp. Longitudinal cut is made on free end of rod forming, at least, two cantilever flexible lobes. Each lobe is made in form of upward widening stop from outer side. Clamp is fitted on rod through stops on flexible lobes with possibility of action onto clap when shutoff member of drain valve is lifted by its handle.

EFFECT: improved reliability of drain valve owing to simplified design and overflow unit tube made symmetrical and adjustable in height suspension of overflow unit and possibility of its mounting in reservoirs differing n height.

SUBSTANCE: bottom valve comprises cylindrical hollow housing made of a pipe with seat in its top section, bottom threaded section, and stop flange made on the outer surface of the housing below the seat. The overflow pipe is made in block with the housing and positioned from its side. The fastening nut is mounted on the threaded section of the housing. The flexible sealing ring of rectangular cross-section is set on the housing and interposed between the stop flange and fastening nut. The flat closure member is provided with two levers and is secured through a pivot for permitting rotation with respect to the seat. The bottom end of the tie is secured to the closure member and its top end is secured to the starting device. The float is secured to the closure member. The pivot is defined by the cantilever horizontal pipes arranged on the overflow pipe. Each pipe receives pin. The pin is made on each of the levers of the flat closure member. The float is made of two rigid shells. Each of the shells is secured to one of the levers. The shells receive a solid material whose density is less than that of the water. The center of gravity of each of the shells is shifted over the horizon with respect to the pin away from the site where the lever is connected with the flat closure member.

SUBSTANCE: flushing tank has body, flange, lid, flushing fittings, inlet valve and float. Body is connected to flange through elastic packing by threaded bush. The flange has stiffening ribs located from lower side thereof. Outlet orifice of the flange is provided with thread. Above threaded bush simultaneously acts as a seat and vertical guide for shutoff valve mounted on overflow pipe. The overflow pipe is connected with water flow start button by means of arms secured to upper end of overflow pipe and on holder which secures arms. Holder has hole for water flow start button mounted in tank lid mounted under the button. Flush tank body has stiffening ribs or tank bottom has bosses located on bottom of tank body from outer side thereof. Flange is provided with mating orifices. The holder may be formed on hole for water flow start button.

EFFECT: simplified structure, reduced material consumption and cost.

SUBSTANCE: locking mechanism comprises post with guides for overflow pipe, overflow pipe with collar coaxially connected to the pipe, collar lifting units and collar retaining means, which holds the collar during water discharge. The collar retaining means is made as valve installed in overflow pipe and spring-loaded relative the pipe. The valve is retained in closed position when the tank is filled with water. The valve is installed in lower part of overflow pipe and may cooperate with face created in overflow pipe end by working edge thereof.

EFFECT: reduced weight and size of locking mechanism, increased service life and reliability.

FIELD: sanitary equipment, particularly shutoff mechanisms for lavatory pans.

SUBSTANCE: shutoff device comprises body with perforated orifices made in lower body part, lid, neck and seat made in bottom part and adapted for annular discharge valve receiving, discharge valve and movable overflow pipe provided with retaining unit, which fixes the overflow pipe during discharge operation. The retaining unit is installed in neck and lid so that annular gaps are created in-between. Discharge valve is provided with orifices located out of neck closure zone, which permit water passage inside the body during flushing tank filling with water and is connected to compensating guiding bush along larger diameter thereof. The compensating guiding bush is installed inside the body and has height providing necessary clearance for water discharge from flushing tank into neck through above perforation body orifices. Dividing pipe is secured to inner lid surface and spaced from overflow pipe and from neck. The dividing pipe is provided with perforation orifices located in upper part thereof and is adapted to fill the body with water during flushing tank filling. Overflow pipe has annular extension to close the gap between lid and overflow pipe at the end of working overflow pipe travel. Overflow pipe also comprises valve, which closes gap between overflow pipe and dividing pipe after retaining unit activation during discharge operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of water usage due to optimized water discharge, increased structural simplicity.

The discharge unit lowering mechanism is provided with orifices formed in side surface thereof. The cup orifice is adapted for discharge unit reciprocation. Outer tubular cup part has disc integrally formed with the tubular part and provided with through orifices. The disc is located inside the cup and spaced from cup walls. Check valve is arranged between disc and cup bottom. The check valve is made as flat ring with L-shaped limiters, which limit check valve opening and pass through orifices made in tubular part disc.

EFFECT: possibility to arrange fittings in flushing tanks having different height and configuration, simplified structure, assemblage and adjustment.
