(57) Abstract:

The device can be used to load bulk material in vehicles, such as railroad tank cars. The device includes a chute having an outer sleeve and mounted in the sleeve cones associated with the winch to fold the sleeves together with a funnel, a shutter installed between the hopper and chute, and a stop valve, and a chute provided with a sensor element for determining the level of the loaded material and aspiration system. The chute device is further provided with an internal sleeve covering the associated funnel and connected to the outer sleeve by means of spacers, with shut-off valve connected with the rope winch the top of the cone, and the sensing element made in the form of induction-type sensor. The invention reduces the loss of feed material and to improve the reliability of the device. 1 Il.

SUBSTANCE: point (100) of hopper for vertical supply of loose material (130) downwards consists of a number of frames (175) installed on vertical wires (180, 180') with the possibility of being moved. Each frame retains hopper element by engaging its slot and flange or transition piece of hopper element. Hopper elements have weak area being damaged, which provides their folding under effect of excess load.

EFFECT: providing easy replacement of hopper elements, and preventing overload of conveyor and hopper point.

SUBSTANCE: proposed self-sinking vehicle contains body 1 installed on chassis which accommodates flexible tape 2 equal to width of body, with rods and slings secured on ends of rods for fastening on fixed object at loading. Flexible members in form of cables are laid along lower surface of tape and are secured on said rods. Nuts are riveted to flexible tape into which load-fastening members are turned. Pair of sheaves 9 is rigidly secured in front part of body to floor, and pair of detachable sheaves 10 is arranged from outer sides of boards for turning relative to support axle. Holes are made in side boards to pass cables with hooks. Stop is installed over loop near sheave of floor-mounted pair to hold loop of sling when hook is unhooked. Removable slide with members of fastening to body floor is secured on body.

Upper part of plow knockout has carriages 17 for guides of upper edges of sides. Rock material to be delivered into dump trucks is located at both sides from plow knockout which in arranged in middle part of plate in initial position.
