- cannot provide a stable antiviral effect of a number of biologically active substances of protein nature due to the lack of certain parameters of fish fat.

The basis of the invention is the use of a combination of protein biologically active substances (recombinant2-interferon immunoglobulins) and liquid fat of animal and plant origin the properties of biologically active food supplements due to the combined effect of protein biologically active substances, as well as vitamins and polyunsaturated fatty acids of the fat component and reducing the toxic properties of liquid fat of animal origin as a result of his treatment, neutralization and/or cultivation less toxic fat.

The technical result of the claimed invention to provide a liquid fatty biologically active additives to food, easily digestible by the body, possessing a stable combination antiviral, antimicrobial, immunomodulatory and adaptogenic properties, in which recombinant2-interferon and immunoglobulin stable due to the properties of large quantities of polyunsaturated fatty acids, liquid fat.

The invention extends the range of dietary supplements on the basis of liquid fat.

The problem is solved by the fact that dietary Supplement contains as biologically active substances recombinant 2- interferon in an amount of 103-108IU/g and/or immunoglobulins in the amount of 1-300 mg/g, and as the fat component contains liquid vegetable and/or animal fat, and the fat component has an acid number of 0.5-2.5 mg KOH/g and the concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids 10-CI active additive may contain as animal fat fat fish and/or marine mammals, as a fat fish fat sturgeon, herring, cod, horse mackerel, as the fat of marine mammals - the fat of the seal.
