(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to forging and pressing machinery. The slider crank press with adjustment mechanism miscarriage distances contains the eccentric support rod in the slide, lever, screw, bracket screw, case, gear reducer and motor. Bearing the specified screw is moveable in the axial direction. The technical result of the present invention is the elimination of loading media in the absence of a workpiece at the position of final stamping with supports. 3 Il.

The present invention relates to forging mechanical engineering and can be applied mainly in the crank die forging presses with mnogovershinnoe surround starisma adjustment miscarriage space - closed height of die space. The essence of the proposed technical solution is illustrated in Fig. 1, 2 and 3.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creating or modifying vertical hydraulic presses of different application. Proposed press contains upper cross rail and bed frame clamped by columns along which ram with upper tool travels, and intermediate plate with drawout table with lower tool secured on table. Bed frame is furnished with hydraulic cylinders and vertical tie rods from side of lower surface. Trunnions rigidly attached to intermediate plate are found on side surfaces of intermediate plate. Trunnions and bed frame are provided with holes through which vertical tie rods pass. Heads resting on trunnions are made on upper ends of tie rods. Lower ends of tie rods are connected with hydraulic cylinders by nuts. Plungers of hydraulic cylinders rest through spherical washers of lower surface of frame. Hydraulic cylinders are powered by constant liquid pressure from press hydraulic drive.

EFFECT: reduced wear of mating surfaces of intermediate plate and bed frame, reduced labor input at repairing, improved precision of drop castings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in hydraulic presses. Cylinder housing has a cylindrical section, thrust flange and recess. The latter is arranged nearby thrust flange. Cylindrical section ID-to-OD ratio makes 0.68 to 0.72. Recess features four smoothly mating profiles, each being formed by radius depending upon wall thickness h on cylindrical section of the housing. First of aforesaid profiles is formed by radius of 0.17 h on angle of 50. Other profiles are made with radii of 0.33 h on angle of 30, 0.7 h on angle of 20 and 0.2 h on angle of 30.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure-equalising cushions for hydraulic hot-pressing plants. Proposed cushion is made from pressure-equalising fabric. Said fabric comprises metal threads making fabric warp threads, filler threads and elastomer heat-resistant threads. The latter incorporate, preferably, stabilising rod threads and are arranged either as warp or filler threads alternating with metal threads. Cushion thickness in non-compressed state is subject to elastomer threads. At moderate pressure, sections of contact with hydraulic plant parts are formed at the start of elastomer threads. The latter are compressed to form additional sections of contact with hydraulic plant parts are formed at the start of elastomer threads in further increase of pressure to full operating pressure.

EFFECT: maintaining flexibility and ability to compensation at large amount of pressing cycles without decrease of heat conductivity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in woodworking and in radiators for uniform distribution of heat over radiator or board entire volume. Heating board comprises carcass and manifold connected therewith. Carcass is composed of metal sheet with rectangular-cross-section structural tubes arranged there atop. Said manifold consists of two parallel rectangular cross-section circuit tubes and straight lengths of rectangular cross-section manifold tubes. Aligned lengths of structural tune are arranged between manifold tubes. Carcass and manifold aligned at their top are covered by upper metallic sheet every second manifold pipe is elongated starting from hear carrier flow inlet and has chamfer made at the angle directed to heat carrier flow. Said manifold tube covers cross-section of structural tube to divide heat carrier flow into two equal flows. Said flows are directed to opposite structural tune up to heat carrier flow outlet.

EFFECT: uniform heat distribution over entire area of heating board, lower costs.

Platen press comprises at least one heating plate, at least one caul plate to face pressed material and at least one press pad arranged between caul plate and heating plate. Said pad incorporates tight membrane (3) filled with resilient polymer material and connected with caul plate (5) to form closed space there between. Said space is filled with pad ply material liquid at, at least, platen plate operating temperature.

EFFECT: simplified replacement of press pad with liquid pad ply.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of multiply and flexible printed boards and coated wood materials. Claimed press-pad comprises interconnected the first and second plies impermeable for fluids. The first ply comprises elastomer and fibres bonded therewith and has channels made at the side facing the second ply. Said channels accommodate the fluid material kept at least at the press operating temperature. The channels are closed by at least the second ply to make them impermeable for fluids.
