(57) Abstract:The invention relates to the forest industry. Receiver-drive for roundwood is used for forming packs of round timber in coastal isoclad before loading onto vessels. The essence of the invention is the alignment of the ends of the packs roundwood by moving the movable tortuosa wall. Novelty: for end-uses kinetic energy of timber, setiausaha on the inclined tray. N 556085, MKI B 65 G 37/18).However, this device has a complex structure, and the batching process trailer takes a long time and has plenty of energy.However, this drive does not provide the alignment of the ends of the rod-like products.The invention is directed to solving the problem of simplification of construction, ensuring the automatic surfacing of round timber and the formation of bundles for loading in court.This is achieved by the rear end wall lower than the front, and the front perceiving shock, has a shock absorber consisting of used tires fixed by a bolt connection with one hand on the front endwall, and fender shield mounted on the other side of the tire by means of the bolt connection, the side walls set at an angle to the base and have recesses for lowering and capture clamshell packs of round timber, the length of the side walls is greater than the length of round timber and pallet made in the form of a set of rails that are installed on the base.The invention is illustrated in the drawings, where Fig.1 shows a receiver-drive for roundwood, a top view, in Fig.2 - the same, lateral view, Fig.3 is a view As in Fig.1, in Fig.4 - section b-B is somaterial comprises a base 1, the front end wall 2, rear wall 3, side walls 4 and tray 5. The length of the side walls 4 is greater than the length of the round lay between themselves by means of bolted connections. This design of the pallet 5 provides rigidity and durability. The rigidity necessary to repel the first attack of the round timber, setiausaha on the inclined tray. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has load truck and its motion mechanism including crane to set truck in initial position. Load truck on base of which container for ballast and end facing shield are rigidly secured in installed on guides arranged at angle to horizontal platform. Said horizontal platform carries second end facing shield and receiving chute. In initial position load truck with ballast is pulled by crane to clamp and is fixed. After release of stop arrangement, truck moves under its own weight and weight of ballast, along inclined guides in vertical plane, and its end facing shield cones in contact with end faces of logs, thus aligning them.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention, insert installed on slider is made sectional consisting of two parts to each which lever with horizontal platform and roller is hinge connected. Stacker is furnished with devices for moving each of insert parts and devices to move each master cam, and slider is provided with inclined support surfaces arranged symmetrically relative to vertical axis, mating inclined support surface being made on each of them. Open slot with inclined support surfaces is made in each side wall of frame to accommodate master cam which is provided with mating inclined support surfaces and is installed for displacement relative to frame along guides made on frame parallel to support inclined surfaces of slot. Angles of tilting of support surfaces of parts of insert, slider, master cams, support inclined surfaces of frame slots and guides of frame and guides of slider are equal.
EFFECT: improved convenience in operation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device for packing pipes in hex packs contains stationary installed rack with retainer, and roller conveyor in line of which hex pockets are installed. Each pocket contains post with stationary side surface and upper side face attached for movement to side surface, movable base and movable lower and upper side faces arranged at other side of post, and rack-stacker with meter secured in upper part of post. All faces of each pocket are provided with built-in rollers. One of upper faces is installed for movement in guides of post, and opposite upper and lower faces are installed in guides of movable base. Upper side face is hinge-connected with lower side face by turning drive. Rack-stacker is installed for movement in post guides. Length of rollers forming upper side face installed in post is equal to height of pocket proper.
EFFECT: increased capacity of forming bay.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to work carried out on section of round wood sorting, and it can be used for leveling ends of round wood bundles loaded on railway cars or prepared for floating. Proposed device has posts and shields and weight-accumulator arranged in well and made fork releasing, and also cable-and-sheave system and electric drive. Shields are bar-type. Some shields are fixed and other are installed for turning and fitting in vertical position. Weight-accumulator is connected by cables of cable-and-sheave system passing out of the limits of posts of wood accumulators with bar-type turnable shields for turning them into vertical position. Turnable shield further from weight-accumulator is connected by cable with electric drive.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced metal usage.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for leveling ends of round wood bundles loaded on railway cars or prepared for floating. Proposed device has fixed end face shield, stop posts, pulling chains with grips connected with electric drive and inclined guides, all mounted on frame. Space for round wood bundle is formed by end face shield and said inclined guides, the latter being made in form of inclined rollers connected with electric drive and installed from outer side relative to pulling chains. Said stop posts are arranged between inclined guides and pulling chains.
EFFECT: reduced power and metal usage as compared with other plants providing leveling of ends of round wood bundles.
FIELD: rolling equipment, namely apparatuses for accumulating and discharging rolled pieces for treating them before next manufacturing procedure.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for accumulating and discharging rolled pieces includes at least two struts; device for piecewise placing rolled pieces mounted with possibility of vertical motion; transporting roller table arranged between said struts. Struts are in the form of portals rigidly joined one to other through framework supporting drive units for vertical motion of said device. Said drive units are in the form of electric motors and reduction gears, for example cone reduction gears. Struts are provided with vertical guides for mounting carriages with possibility of motion. Device for piecewise placing of rolled pieces is in the form of flexible members arranged in vertical direction by several rows. Ends of each flexible member are secured to respective carriage at pitch allowing to place rolled pieces. Said device may be in the form of metallic sheet rigidly secured to carriage and having horizontal and vertical rows of openings for rolled pieces. Portals in low part are provided with two idle and two driven running wheels that may be moved from drive unit in direction normal relative to transporting roller table along rail tract mounted on foundation. Invention provides possibility for accumulating large-size rolled products and tubes, semi-cylindrical tube blanks of large diameter and also small-size rolled pieces and for delivering such rolled products.
EFFECT: reduced size, simplified maintenance of apparatus, lowered metal consumption for making apparatus.
FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization of track works connected with stockpiling of rail lengths on intermediate storage grounds. Proposed device includes additional guide equipment including mechanisms for cross displacement of rail lengths relative to rail track furnished with release rail grips and pulling equipment including pair of flexible ties secured of fixed stops for connecting with ends of rail lengths of train. Mechanisms for cross displacement of rail lengths are made in form of horizontal frames arranged in end of rail-carrying train and on trailing inclined ramp connected to train arranged symmetrically in pairs relative to train axis in crosswise manner. Drive truck carrying rail grip is installed on each horizontal frame. Rail grip is made in form of pair of rollers with vertical axles of rotation. Working profile of each roller suits profile of cavities of rail length. Truck drive is two-speed. Device is furnished with horizontal beam placed across track, with row of holes according to location of lengths of rails to be stockpiled. Pair of guide holders is secured in two of said holes to pass flexible ties. Said holders can be re-placed along beam.
EFFECT: increased volume of stockpiling of rail lengths out of the limits of track, reduced loading forces in radial lengths and working guide members, reduced input of hand labor.

FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: rail length are stockpiled from outer side of track in form of pyramids in several tiers. Each length is acted upon and held from turning over by at least four rail grips arranged in end of train and on trailing inclined ramp. Firstly, ends of pair of rail lengths are pulled off from train or pulled onto train until they rest simultaneously on platform and train to provide self-bending of ends in vertical, then rail grips in extreme positions are brought to bent ends of lengths and are closed on lengths to bend them to S-shape in plan whose end section correspond to locations and directions in stores and on train and then grips are fixed relative to ramp and rail-carrying train and then, moving the train, pairs of rail lengths are unloaded or loaded until all pairs of rail lengths are unloaded or loaded. Ends of pair of lengths are secured on fixed stops on ground of store by flexible ties whose direction is changed and are fixed by means of horizontal beam with adjustable stops which is placed across track, and pair of flexible ties is passed through beam and secured on fixed stops. Completing of loading of rail lengths onto train is provided by stock rails arranged in end of stores.
EFFECT: increased volume of stockpiling of rail lengths from outer side of track, improved efficiency of method owing to reduction of unloading forces in lengths and guide working members, reduced labor input owing to possibility of use of technical appliances.

FIELD: timber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading-unloading operations and it can be used for aligning end faces of bundles of round timber loaded on railway cars or prepared for timber rafting. Proposed device contains frame and L-shaped shields installed on carriages. Horizontal parts of both shields are hinge-connected to each other by metal rod of round cross-section fitted in their bodies and thus forming telescopic rectangular cross-section structures with locks. Said round cross-section rod is connected with device frame by pantograph with hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: increased labor efficiency owing to guaranteed working of bundle at one step, reduced material usage of structure.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of billets and for forming billet stacks to be bound and sent to stores. Proposed billet stacker has frame, levers with rollers arranged for engagement with followers. According to invention, stacker is provided with posts arranged symmetrically relative vertical axis of device being installed on frame for relative horizontal displacement by drive, and support crossmember arranged along axis of device and connected with its displacement drive. Slider is made sectional, of two parts. Horizontal surfaces of frame and horizontal surfaces of posts, horizontal surfaces of each part of slider and horizontal surfaces of support crossmember, vertical surfaces of posts and vertical surfaces of each part of slider are coupled by "slot-projection" joint. Recess is made on horizontal surfaces of support crossmember in its central part whose depth is not less than depth of said slot. Each lever is hinge-connected to sectional part of slider, and follower is attached to surface of each post. Locking device is arranged on each post to lock post relative to frame.
EFFECT: improved reliability of device.
