The technical result of the invention is useful in reducing water consumption through efficient and rational consumption by changing the phase state of water. The invention relates to sanitary water devices and can be used in the distribution systems of drinking water for sanitary and other purposes.

With the development of modern sanitary water devices the main goal of the developers is to reduce the useful water flow rate at the outlet drain is either a valve [1], or its counterpart [2].

A tap on the source [1] is designed primarily for washing passenger cars. The objective of the invention is the reduction of the useful water flow rate through the efficient and rational consumption by changing the phase state.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the water faucet, comprising the drain pipe and the output device made in the form of a nozzle, the nozzle is made in the form of a hollow sleeve and a drive-through channels, placed in its cavity, through the channels of the disk is made sloping to its end surface, the nozzle is provided with a washer with a Central hole that is installed at the outlet of the nozzle, between the washer and the disk formed the swirling chamber, and the sleeve is made with petals and nut forming a collet connection for mounting the nozzle on the drain pipe.
