Describes a prophylactic against freezing, sticking and dust suppression bulk materials containing tar Perm oil and careinogenesis fraction, characterized in that it contains careinogenesis fraction of catalytic cracking with limits boiling 200-275C in the following ratio, wt.%: tar 40-50, fraction of light gas oil catalytic cracking with limits boiling 200-275C 50-60. The technical result - the creation of money, having good low-temperature, higher plasmapause properties and containing a higher amount of tar. table 2.

The invention relates to methods of prevention (tracks), designed to help prevent sticking, primerzanie materials to combat dust at low subzero temperatures, to reduce losses of bulk materials by blowing during transportation, as well as to increase the bulk density of coal (glass) of the charge.

Known preventive credea distillate fraction of sulfur crude oil with a boiling range 270-410oC and cracking residue, and these components are introduced into the composition, respectively, in the amount of 40-60 wt.%. Prophylactic agent is prepared by mixing distillate fractions and cracking-residue in the proposed proportions (Ed. mon. USSR N 519468, C 09 K 3/22, 1976).

This composition has a pour point of -10oC and characterized by binding and lubricating properties that determine their possible application in the summer.

Known preventive tool designed to combat the dust formation at low temperatures, containing in wt.%: light catalytic cracking gas oil with a boiling within 190-320oC in the amount of 45-60, the residue thermal cracking of heavy aromatizovani distillates secondary processes in the count of 15-20, the remainder of thermal kikirevenge tars sulfur crude oil in the amount of 5-10, light gas oil coking limits boiling 190-350oC - the rest. This means preparing a preliminary mixture of residues from kikirevenge heavy aromatized distillates secondary processes with a light gas oil coking at 100-110oC and further mixing the resulting mixture with a light catalytic gas oil is utilised pour point up to -63oC and has good viscosity-temperature properties. The disadvantage of the composition is its complex structure (complexity). Included in the composition components are obtained during different newtechnologies processes. In the absence of a technological scheme of the plant one of the plants: catalytic cracking, delayed coking or thermal cracking exclude the possibility of making preventive tools required quality. In addition, the composition has a high enough plasmapause properties and method of preparation of the composition includes a series of sequential operations, which complicates the technology of making money.

The closest in composition and the result achieved by the proposed composition is a preventive tool that contains careinogenesis fraction of secondary processes within the boiling 195-270oC and tar amount, wt.%:

The method of preparation of the tool includes a mixture of kerosene-gas oil fraction of secondary processes in the count 70-78 wt.% termicheskoi exposure for 80-90oC for 60-90 minutes (RF Patent N 2111228. B. I. N 14, 1998, C 09 K 3/22, 3/18).

However, this preventive tool is also characterized by a high enough plasmapause properties.

The present invention is to develop a preventive tool, with good low-temperature, higher plasmapause properties and contains more tar.

The problem is solved, we offer preventive, which according to the invention using the fraction of light catalytic cracking gas oil and tar in the following ratios, wt%:

Tar Perm oil - 40-50

Kerosinoreza fraction of catalytic cracking with limits boiling 200-275oC - 50-60

An important feature of the invention is the use of components from the Perm oil. The composition is prepared on the basis of these components is characterized by a low temperature curing (up to -61oC) when the tar content up to 50 wt.%.

Composition is prepared prophylactic as follows: tar Perm oil in the amount of 40 wt.% heated in heat-resistant glass container 70oC and to it add a light catalytic cracking gas oil in the amount of 60 wt.% with limits boiling 200-275oC and stirred the mixture for 10 minutes at 70oC. Physico-chemical properties of fractions of catalytic cracking with limits boiling 200-275oC and tar Perm oils are shown in table 1. Next, the resulting composition is investigated by standard methods with the aim of establishing a pour point (GOST 20287-74), flash point in closed crucible (GOST 6556-75) and viscosity at 80o(GOST 6258-52).

In the similar conditions described in example 1 to prepare a composition consisting of 45 wt.% tar Perm oil and 55 wt.% catalytic cracking gas oil with a boiling within 200-275oWith, then define it determine its physico-chemical and performance characteristics.

Example 3. In the similar conditions described in example 1, a composition is prepared consisting of 50 wt.% tar and 50 wt.% catalytic cracking gas oil with a boiling within 200-275oC, then determine its physico-chemical and performance characteristics.

Characteristics of the compositions in examples 1-3 are given in table. 2. As can be seen from the presented data, the proposed prophylactic higher contents of tar Perm oil has a high low-temperature properties, which allows to use it in harsh climatic conditions. When applying the proposed profilaktiniu to dust, to reduce the multiplicity of processing paintings of roads and extend the effectiveness of the 60-70 days or more. When you use this tool to prevent freezing and primerzanie bulk material to the surface mining and transport equipment it manifests superior lubricating properties, which increases its service life before re-coating on a metal surface by 30-40%.

In addition, when applying the specified prophylactic agent as an additive to coal charge its bulk density increased by 10%.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the road servicing industry, in particular with the methods of extirpation of ice covering on motorways, bridges, flyovers, and also aerodromes. The method of the roadway covering slipperiness prevention provides for application of a roadway ice covering suppressing reactant based on acetate, in the capacity of which use a solution with pH=7-9.5, containing components in the following ratio (in mass %): magnesium acetate 13-17, potassium acetate 8-16, potassium hydrocarbonate 5-8, potassium carbonate 2-6, water-insoluble impurities 0-6, water - the rest. The roadway ice covering suppressing reactant may additionally contain a fired limestone in amount of 3-5 mass % in terms of calcium oxide. The roadway coating treated with the reactant has a high coefficient of adhesion, that reduces the accident rate on the roadways.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the roadway coating treated with the reactant decreases the accident rate on the roadways.
