The invention relates to coatings industry. The offered paint is for the marking of the carriageway of roads and airfields with asphalt, concrete or asphalt surface. Describes how to paint road marking, including acrylic foaming agent, pigments, fillers, plasticizer, organic solvent, characterized in that it further comprises a PVC resin chlorinated PSC-LS in the following ratio, wt.%: acrylic film former 10,0-11,0; PVC resin chlorinated PSC-LS of 2.5-3.5, pigments 8,8-11,0; fillers 47,5-42,7; plasticizer 2,0-3,0; organic solvents rest to 100%. Known paint for road marking containing pigment Shuvalovo pasta, collection, a copolymer of butyl acrylate and acrylic acid, ester of rosin glycerin, chloroparaffin, organic solvents [Patent N 2067601 RF, Appl. 05.07.93,].

The disadvantages of the known paints are low resistance of the resulting coating to static action of water and salt, low abrasion resistance, low mass fraction of non-volatiles in the paint and related small thickness of the coating.

Also known composition for road markings, the closest technical solution and achieve results for the proposed paint containing acrylic foaming agent, plasticizer, pigment, fillers, organic solvents [RF Patent N 2109786, Appl. 10.09.1998,] is a prototype.

The disadvantages of the known paints are low hardness of the resulting coating and low wear resistance, long drying time of paint.

The task of the invention is the increase in hardness of the resulting coating, wear resistance, reducing the drying time of the paint up to 20 - 30 minutes.

As the acrylic film-forming agent is a copolymer of butyl acrylate with methacrylate and methacrylic acid in THE 6-02-5757599-116-88 BMS-98 or copolymer butylmethacrylate with methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in THE 6-02-5757599-116-88 BMS-86 (50% solution).

Manufacturer of paint consists of the following operations:

1. preparation of resin solution chlorinated polyvinylchloride PSC-drug mixture of organic solvents;

2. preparation of film-forming base paint by mixing a resin solution of polyvinylchloride chlorinated PSC-HP acrylic film former;

3. the mixture of film-forming base with pigments and fillers with the addition of plasticizer - predispersion the resulting suspension (dissolvere or other apparatus);

4. the dispersion of the composition in bead or ball mill to control the degree of milling of pigments, fillers, mass content of nonvolatile substances, viscosity;

5. sampling and holding a full analysis, testing, technical characteristics of known ways.

The resulting paint is applied machines for road marking domestic or foreign production or paint sprayer, roller or brush.

The invention is illustrated by examples of specific performance in comparison with the prototype (table.1).

The content in the compositions of the acrylic film-forming agent, equal 10,0 - 11,0 wt. % is optimal. When the content of the acrylic film-forming more 11,0% increases the drying time (more than 30 minutes is not desirable), and when the content is less than 10% worse physical and mechanical properties of the coating (strength is trated PSC-HP 2.5 - 3.5 wt.%. Higher content leads to increased structural viscosity of the paint, making it difficult to process the application to the road surface, and less maintenance - deterioration of adhesion, elasticity of the film.

Accordingly, an optimal ratio of acrylic foaming agent and resin chlorinated polyvinylchloride PSC-HP selected content limits in the composition of the plasticizer equal to 2.0 to 3.0 wt.%. When the content of the plasticizer is more than 3.0 wt.% observed worst-case hardness, and a lower low impact strength.

The optimum content of the mixture of solvents in the paint is a 27 - 32 wt.%. At lower solvent content marked his lack of dissolving the film-forming ability of the paint base, when more content is sharply reduced the rate of "viscosity".
