(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine. The method includes refrigeradora obviously healthy tissues of young animals in the cold for 6 to 7 days, homogenization, extraction of homogenizate in physiological salt solution in a ratio of 1:10, filtering the extract and its sterilization. On the second, fourth and sixth day of refrigeratory tissue is exposed to light negative ions, whose concentration is 200 to 400 thousand in 1 cm3for 25 - 40 minutes Method can improve the biological activity of the drug. table 1.

The invention relates to medicine, veterinary medicine, in particular to methods for drugs used to treat people, treatment and stimulation of the growth and development of animals.

A method of obtaining tissue preparations, including the preservation of tissues for 5-7 days at a temperature of 2-4oC, shredding into pieces, boil them in a mixture of saline, taken in the ratio 1:2, for 40 min and homogenization of the tissue /1/.

The disadvantage of this method is to obtain tissue preparatively is a method for textile products including refrigeradora tissues, obviously healthy young animals in the cold for 6-7 days, homogenization, extraction of homogenizate in physiological salt solution in a ratio of 1:10, filtering the extract and its sterilization /2/.

The disadvantage of this method is to obtain drugs with insufficient high biological activity.

The objective of the invention is to increase the biological activity of the resulting products.

The task is solved in that in the method of obtaining tissue preparations, including refrigeradora obviously healthy tissues of young animals in the cold for 6-7 days, homogenization, extraction of homogenizate in physiological salt solution in a ratio of 1:10, filtering the extract and its sterilization, on the second, fourth and sixth day of refrigeratory tissue is exposed to light negative ions, whose concentration of 200-400 thousand in 1 cm3within 25-40 minutes

It is known that exposure to light negative ions cause the imbalance electrically balanced colloidal system tissue (work A. L. Czyzewska the We found, that the taking of the drugs with the highest activity when exposed to tissue light negative ions, whose concentration of 200-400 thousand on 1 cm3within 25-40 minutes on the second, fourth and sixth days of refrigeratory. It can be assumed that at the declared parameters of the exposure light negative ions molecules of organic substances, which received additional electric charges, on the second, fourth and sixth days intensify redox processes in cells, tissues, causing the stable formation of biologically active substances, increasing the biological activity of the resulting products.

The proposed method is as follows.

To obtain the drugs they take tissue obviously young healthy animals, placed in the fridge and refrigererate at a temperature of(+2) - (+4)oC for 7 days. On the second, fourth and sixth days of refrigeratory affect tissue light negative ions, whose concentration of 200-400 thousand in 1 cm3within 25-40 min machine ionization and franklinization AF-3. The concentration of light negative ions is determined by the counter SAI TSU-70. After refrigerio the ratio 1:10. For the extraction cooked mass is left for 2 hours at room temperature, then placed in a water bath at a temperature of 60-80oC for 30 min and 2-3 min boil. Then the mass is sequentially filtered through gauze, cotton wool and filter paper. The filtrate is poured into ampoules or vials which are then sterilized in an autoclave or conservation 96oethyl alcohol.

Example 1 (method prototype).

To obtain 5 samples drugs take 5 spleens of young obviously healthy animals, placed in the fridge and refrigererate at a temperature of +2 - +4oC for 7 days. After refrigeratory tissue is ground in a homogenizer with gradual addition of 0.9% saline to achieve a 1:10 ratio. For the extraction cooked mass is left for 2 hours at room temperature, then placed in a water bath at a temperature of 60 - 80oC for 30 min and within 2-3 minutes of boil. Then the mass is sequentially filter the turn of gauze, cotton wool and filter paper. The filtrate is poured into ampoules or vials which are then sterilized in an autoclave or conservation 96oethyl alcohol.

Biological activity respectively 216%, 196%, 230%, 185%, 218%, the average activity of 207%.

Example 2.

For the 5 samples of the drug take 5 spleens obviously healthy animals, placed in the fridge and refrigererate at a temperature of +2 - +4oC for 7 days. On the second, fourth and sixth days of refrigeratory affect tissue light negative ions, the concentration of which 250-300 thousand in 1 cm3within 30 min machine ionization and franklinization AF-3. The concentration of light negative ions is determined by the counter SAI TSU-70. After refrigeratory tissue is ground in a homogenizer with gradual addition of 0.9% saline to achieve a 1: 10 ratio.

Biological activity (yeast dough K. Bakardjieva) each received sample of the preparation was in respect to the S="ptx2">

Analogously to example 2 was obtained samples with changes in the concentration and time of exposure to light negative ions in the spleen.

The results are shown in the table.

As can be seen from the table, the high activity of drugs is achieved when exposed to tissue light negative ions within the stated parameters (examples 2, 3 and 4), the optimal is the impact of ions concentration of 250-300 thousand in 1 cm3within 30 min (example 2). Decreasing and increasing the concentration of ions of biological activity is reduced (examples 5 and 6). The decrease and increase in time of exposure also leads to reduction of the biological activity of the resulting products (examples 7 and 8).

In addition, the advantage of the proposed method in comparison with the prototype can be seen on relative indicator of biological activity, namely the ratio of the average indicator of the biological activity of each sample to the average biological activity at the optimum exposure light negative ions on the fabric, taken as 100%, i.e. for example 2.

Thus, compared with the method of the prototype, the proposed pic is rmacie

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating locally spread tumor diseases of urinary bladder due to applying either chemo- and/or radiation therapy. Moreover, one should intravenously once inject by drops autologous mesenchymal stem cells (AMSC) at the quantity of 1 mln cells/kg patient's body weight. Moreover, in case of chemotherapy AMSC should be injected during the period before the 20-th d after the last injection of chemopreparation, in case of radiation therapy - 12-15 d against the day of irradiation.
