Collectors are connected with end parts of bypass culverts, being installed for rotation relative to intake part of fishway and made in form of pipes used as base of carrying trusses whose vertical support booms are made coaxially with end parts of bypass culverts. Lower parts of booms are made hollow, being connected with inner space of collectors and bypass culverts. Carrying trusses are connected with drive. To attract fish, "sweep" to attract fish is formed at intake of fish conservation works by opening supply unit to preset value, delivering main attraction water over entire depth of flow and additional attraction water to surface horizons of flow and concentration of fish before intake of fish accumulator-trough.
