(57) Abstract:The invention relates to the automotive industry and for the creation of vehicles, mostly trucks on the basis of the automobile chassis. The car contains forward design formed body type sedan, and the rear design, which represents the chassis. Front design has a floor, a back wall, rack side doors and two elongated lateral spar, located on the underside of the body. Front design has an additional cross member located at the rear wall, and at least two side amplifier connecting an additional crossmember with rack side doors. The side rails front design lengthened. The rear spars design are located in a horizontal plane between the arches of the rear wheels and mounted ahead to additional cross member, and in the middle part to the elongated side rails front design through the front rack springs. This decision was made as a prototype.The disadvantage of this car is the presence of a bent stamped rear spars design, for production of which requires the use of expensive dies that does not pay off for small series. In addition, this design has a "weak spot" in the zone borders the front and rear of the structure.The problem solved by the invention is to obtain reliable, high in conditions of small-scale production.This goal is achieved due to the fact that the car containing the front design is formed by a sedan / saloon that has a floor, a back wall, rack side doors and two side spar on the underside of the body and the rear structure representing chassis, formed by two side members interconnected by cross members, in accordance with the invention, the front design has an additional cross member located at the rear wall, and at least two side amplifier connecting an additional crossmember with rack side doors, and side rails front design elongated, and rear spars design are located in a horizontal plane between the arches of the rear wheels and mounted ahead to additional cross member, and in the middle part to the elongated side rails front design through the front rack springs.A comparison of the claimed technical solution with the level of technology on scientific, technical and patent documentation on the priority date in the main and adjacent sections shows that the set of essential features of the claimed solution was not previously known, therefore, it meets the condition of the patent is about the proposed solution has the characteristics which are not in the known technical solutions, and their use in the claimed combination of features makes it possible to achieve new technical result, therefore, the proposed solution involves an inventive step compared to the current level of technology.The proposed solution is applicable, workable, feasible and reproducible, because it can be manufactured in a small-scale or mass production, therefore, meets the condition of patentability "industrial applicability".Fig.1 - General view of the car,

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for truck-tractor which includes two sidemembers of frame and towing gear. Frame sidemembers pass lengthwise the truck-tractor parallel to each in plane being mainly parallel to ground along which truck-tractor runs. Towed vehicle can be coupled with truck-tractor by means of towing gear secured on towing bar passing between two side members of frame in tail part of truck-tractor. Device is essentially bearing arrangement placed in tail part and connected with two sidemembers of frame and it includes at least one elongated bar member connected with first of frame sidemembers. In longitudinal direction, bar member passes at considerable angle of tilting relative to plane. Device provides supporting of frame sidemembers when truck-tractor is exposed to action of heavy sidewise forces when towing a trailer.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for unification of carrying structures of automobile and trailer. Proposed frame consists of cross components in from of modules-shells 1, 2, 3, 4 of different type-size interconnected by adjacent sides. Modules-shells can be connected either by welding or riveting, or by means of wedge-lock or by detachable pin-bolt joint. Opposite sides of modules-shells are connected by modules-crossmembers 5 in form of flanges 6 with gusset plates forming size of inner space between modules-shells and/or cross size of module-shell. Moreover, modules-shells and modules-crossmembers can be connected by longitudinal and cross members in form of sidememebers, crossmembers and flanges.

SUBSTANCE: frame of car contains front and rear parts and two connecting sidemembers. Front part of frame is made with two sidemembers. Rear part of frame is made with two sidemembers connected by front and rear crossmembers. Each sidemember is secured from below to two front crossmembers of rear part of frame and is brought under corresponding sidemember of front part. Cab floor sill reinforcement parts are installed on one of front crossmembers of rear part of frame. Frame is made with possibility of arrangement of sidemembers of frame rear part in horizontal plane between rear wheels of car. All sidemembers are arranged symmetrically and parallel relative to longitudinal axis of car, and distance between sidemembers arranged in front part of frame is less than distance between sidemembers arranged in rear part of frame. Proposed frame is recommended for use in car.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chassis of vehicle, its fastening unit and fixing part. Longitudinal beam 1 and cross beams 2 of vehicle are arranged at different level relative to each other so that cross beams can pass in form of one constant section part from first side of vehicle to its second side. Plate fixing parts 5 are installed in places of intersection of longitudinal beams and cross beams, fixing parts being separately secured on both relatively intersecting beams of chassis and transmitting forces from beam to beam.
EFFECT: improved arrangement of chassis, provision of convenient fastening of beams of frame arranged at different levels.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to folding freight cycles designed for riding at reclining and with drive to front wheel. Transmission of proposed cycle consists of two strands of chain and/or belt drives interconnected by propeller shaft 16 or flexible shaft. Center 17 of cross of propeller shaft 16 is located on turning axle of front wheel fork 3 which is made in form of turned-over Y letter. Carrying frame consists of beam 1 and container interconnected by detachable joint. Cover of container is made in form of folding chair. Chain of first strand of drive is placed inside box beam 1. Second strand of drive is installed on fork 3 and it engages drive sprocket 12 in aperture 24 of vertical section of fork 3.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle frame has front axle 5 with steering wheel, rear axle 6 being non-driving, projecting front member 2 of structure, projecting rear member 4 of structure and middle member 3 of structure arranged between axles. Members 2, 3, 4 of frame can be connected for demounting or solidly in process of assembling with axles 5, 6 by means of standard fasteners 9. Use can be made of detachable connection of projecting rear member 4 of frame installed on bus, and permanent connections between axles 5, 6 and corresponding members 2, 3 of frame by means of other fasteners. Moreover, frame is provided with central member 3 which consists of centrals beams 7, side beams 14 of box section and intermediate stiffening ribs 16 and is furnished with flanges 12 in axle attachment area 9 connected with similar flanges 12 found of axles 5, 6. Said central member of frame should be permanently connected with frame without possibility of demounting.

According to second design version, adhesive substance is used having polymerizing compound. Unit of automobile contains structural member made of molded plastic material with low surface energy and reinforcement member fastened to structural member. Structural member and reinforcement member have mating surface and they are held together by means of adhesive substance coupling with backing whose surface energy is low, over length of at least part of one or both mating surfaces. Structural member is used without mashing for improved coupling before application of adhesive substance.
