(57) Abstract:

The scope of the method and device is a mechanical coupling of the tractor with the machine during its evacuation from dangerous areas without departing crews. The peculiarity of this method is the interaction between the free end of the elastic rope truck latch the tow rope when it is moved into the mouth of the towing hook of the machine. Rotate the latch is produced by moving the end of the rope on its outer surface, while maneuvering the tractor and running the cable from the inside of the truck. Return the latch to its original position due to the interaction of the elastic element latches the machine body. The disadvantage of this method is the need for precise positioning of the loop of the rope opposite the throat of the hook. This increases the time and reduces the reliability of the coupling, and also causes discomfort during the work.

The present invention is to reduce the m that way the hitch of the tractor with the machine, in which the Prime mover connect one end of the tow cable, apply power to the latch of the tow hook of the machine, turn the latch, move the other end of the cable into the mouth of the hook, remove the power and return the latch to its original position on the tractor, set the opener, controlled from inside the tractor drive and having a lever with a grip, the other end of the rope is installed in the grip of the lever so that the loop of the rope was perpendicular to the plane of the hook of the machine, move the truck to the car, driving her to move horizontally, and moving the arm vertically, have loose end of the cable with the release latch on the machine body or anywhere latch, release the lever to grip and squeeze the loop cable to the chassis or the latch force of elasticity of the rope, forming a loop, move the loop of rope in the direction of hook opening movement of the tractor or decrease the length of the arm with the grip to rotate the latch and the input of the loop into the mouth of the hook.

In Fig. 1 to 3 indicated:

On the bracket by means of a shaft 10 fixed to the cylinder 11. The stopper 12 secures the axle to the bracket and installed inside the past.

The cylinder is fixed to the latch 13, forming an inclined plane with a rise in the direction of hook opening, and between the cylinder and the latch is attached to the base 14. Forming an inclined plane may be rectilinear. On the basis of the bolts 15 is fixed to the spring 16, which presses the portion of the latch to the chassis of the machine. The bracket has a slot for accommodation of the spring and rotation of the latch.

The implementation of how the device works is as follows.

One end of the elastic steel towing rope 17 is connected with a bracket 4 of the tractor. The other end of the cable installed in the grip 6 of the lever 5, so that the loop 18 is perpendicular to the plane of the hook 8. After the termination of the engagement of the cable with a latch, the latter under the action of the spring returns to its original position and prevents the cable from falling out from the throat of the hook.

When towing the machine, the spring and the axis of the latch 10 is protected from damage by a loop of rope bracket 9.

The hitch with side hooks machines are produced similarly. Thus the application of force to the latch hook carried out by the rotation of the Prime mover horizontally.

The free end of the cable may contain a hard eye. In this case, the cable is secured on the grip so that between the latter and Deadeye remained part of the tow rope. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of retrieving vehicle with the help of retriever comprises connecting first end of tow rope with retriever towing hook or the first end of second tow rope with retriever winch rope. Manipulator controlled from inside the retriever accommodates parts of tor ropes. Then retriever is moved towards vehicle to be retrieved, second end of the first or second tor rope is jointed to vehicle towing hook by manipulator lever. Retriever tensions appropriate tow rope and the latter is uncoupled from manipulator and its lever. Now vehicle is towed or retrieved. Central part of every tow rope is arranged to allow adjustment of friction and elastic forces. Electrode is arranged in retriever body on the first tow rope or on winch rope and electrically connected with retriever inside frame. Emergent release from retrieved vehicle is made by cutting appropriate rope with the help of electrode. Proposed device comprises two tow ropes connected with retriever, one connected with towing winch, and manipulator with lever control from inside the vehicle. A part of every tow rope is secured in bracket by friction and elastic forces.
