This method was used in 19 patients with infertility (2 patients with oligozoospermia and 8 patients with asthenozoospermia). All patients received a statistically significant increase in the number of spermatozoa in 1 ml in 1.5-2 times increase in the content of mobile forms of spermatozoa in 1.5 times.

Indicators of spermatogenesis steadfastly improved when th sperm (number, motility, morphology and other) confirmed the pregnancy in 8 observations.

Comparative analysis of the proposed solution object with the prototype shows; that the claimed method differs from the known fact that allows to achieve a stable therapeutic effect in the treatment of male infertility, using the inventive method as in oligozoospermia (low content of sperm), and asthenozoospermia (reduced content of actively motile forms).

These differences allow us to make a conclusion on compliance of the way the criterion of "novelty".

The features distinguishing the claimed method from the prototype, not identified in other ways in the study of this and related fields of medicine and, therefore, provide the claimed method the criterion of "substantial differences".

Our proposed method enables the treatment of infertility in men as in an inpatient and outpatient basis, that enhances therapeutic possibilities of conservative treatment of male infertility.
