The connecting element

(57) Abstract:

The connector is intended for connection of pipes and can be used for the manufacture of supporting devices, such as various handrails. The connecting element includes a finger spacer cone and mounted on the finger spacer with several longitudinal grooves on part of its length on the side facing the spacer cone, and a stepped bore with a tapered area under the spacer cone and cylindrical, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of a finger. Also in the connecting element has a different spacer cone, the finger is made in the form of a bolt with a nut, the head is located inside one spacer cone and nut - another spacer sleeve is made detachable and consists of two symmetrical parts, between which set of washers. This design provides a reliable internal connection of pipes. When this connecting element can be used repeatedly. It is easily assembled and disassembled without the use of additional devices. 1 Il.

The invention relates to connecting elements and can be used for joining pipes with izgotovitb design different terminals [1], folding the ends of the pipe, pull them together and clamp the seal placed between them.

These structures are attached to the outside and thereby violate the smooth surface of the pipe, which in turn affects consumer properties of the reference devices.

For internal connection elements using threaded connections. When this thread is running as on the coupling element and the inner surface of the pipe, which is not very economical as it requires additional handling of the pipes.

Above mentioned disadvantages can be eliminated by the use of spacers, allowing you to securely fix the connector inside the pipes.

The closest technical solution to the claimed invention is a fastening element [2], containing the finger with the expansion cone on one end and threaded at the other end. On the finger placed spacer sleeve with slits and a stepped hole. The hole on both sides of the sleeve is cylindrical, and between the cylindrical sections is tapered. The diameter of the cylindrical section opposite the spacer cone corresponds to the diameter of a finger. The diameter of the second tsilindricheskoi the length of the cylindrical section under the spacer cone and the length of the conical section.

The disadvantage of this device is the use of finger complex structures and, hence, the technical complexity of its manufacture.

The invention is aimed at simplifying the coupling element.

This is achieved in that the connecting element containing the finger spacer cone and mounted on the finger spacer with several longitudinal grooves on part of its length on the side facing the spacer cone, and a stepped bore with a tapered area under the spacer cone and cylindrical, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of a finger, characterized in that it contains another spacer cone inside the spacer sleeve, the finger is made in the form of a bolt with a nut, the head of which is located within one spacer cone and nut - other, when this spacer sleeve is made detachable and consists of two symmetrical parts, between which set of washers.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a longitudinal section of a connecting element connecting the two pipes.

The connecting element contains the bolt 1, the head of which is located in the spacer cone 2, a nut 3, located at the other is CA 5 has a stepped hole 6 with a cylindrical 7 and 8 conical sections, as well as a number of longitudinal slots 9. Between the two parts of the spacers 5 are washers 6.

The connecting element is used as follows.

One end of the connecting element is inserted into the cavity of one pipe and the other in the cavity of the second tube. Rotation of one of the pipes due to friction results in rotation of the bolt 1 and nut 3 and the spacer cones 2, 4 inside spacers 5, which provides rigid fixation inside the pipes.

The design of the coupling element provides reliable internal connection of pipes. When this connecting element can be reusable. It is easily assembled and disassembled without the use of additional devices.

Expansion anchor // 2269040

FIELD: devices for fastening or securing constructional members.

SUBSTANCE: expansion anchor comprises expansive bushing and stay bolt for expanding bushing of the anchor. The stay bolt has thread whose back edge is angled by about 45° or less to the axis of the stay bolt. The bolt thread pitch is large and approximately equal to or greater than the inner diameter of the bolt thread. At least one section of the bolt turn has the edge which prevents the stay bolt against unscrewing from the bushing of the anchor and arranged along the axis of the stay bolt and radially to the stay bolt and points to the direction of the unscrewing of the stay bolt.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

FIELD: invention refers to strengthening element for fixing in short, not under core hole, mode and adjusting instrument for fixing similar strengthening element.

SUBSTANCE: mentioned strengthening element has rod, which on one end has thrust cone, which expands in direction to rod, and non-split, tubular clenched bushing through which rod passes and which for expansion and fixing in blind hole is fulfilled with possibility of its pulling on thrust cone so, that it expands in face field turning to thrust cone. Hollow conic expansion of clenched bushing has more sharp conic angle then thrust cone. Mode of fixing of strengthening element in opening is in that clenched bushing is pulled on thrust cone by way of transfer on clenched bushing of vibrating movements in ultrasound diapason of frequencies. Fixing with such mode is light and lightly loads the place of fixing. Adjusting instrument for strengthening element has central rod entering into axial opening of thrust cone at installation on face side of clenched bushing. At that adjusting element has tubular rim circling around central rod for installation on face side of clenched bushing. External diameter of rim is no larger then external diameter of clenched bushing.

EFFECT: increases reliability of strengthening.
