(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to mining and transport equipment used in Stopes with two harvesters working on chainless feed, and can be used to develop thin-and medium-capacity reservoir minerals full depth. Downhole scraper conveyor consists of two halves, each of which contains linear and transition sections, the drive blocks with stars, covered in closed circuits with scrapers. It has a more linear transition section connecting the linear section of both halves and made in the form of a trough with a curved chain guides of the upper branch of the conveyor, straight chain guides lower branches and provided with a protective visor, and the linear section of one of the halves is made in the form of a trough with chain guides of the upper and lower branches of the conveyor, with guides for the chains of the upper branches are tilted with respect to guides for the chains of the lower branches at an angle exceeding the angle of repose of cargo being transported, and the transition section of the same half of the pipeline is executed in the form of boxes with a window in the bottom and provided with curved is neetsa the cost of production of coal, productivity is increased stope and increasing the length of the lava without changing the basic parameters of the conveyor drive power and disruptive force chains. 10 Il.

The disadvantage of this downhole scraper conveyor is the low productivity, limiting the performance of the two harvesters, and a small length, limiting the length of the lava and preventing cost reduction mined.

The objective of the proposed object of the invention is improved in the pipeline.

This object is achieved in that the downhole scraper conveyor of two halves, each of which contains linear and transition sections, the drive blocks with stars, covered in closed circuits with scrapers, equipped with an additional linear transition section connecting the linear section of both halves and made in the form of a trough with a curved chain guides of the upper branch of the conveyor and straight chain guides lower branches, and provided with a protective visor, and the linear section of one of the halves is made in the form of a trough with chain guides of the upper and lower branch of the conveyor, and guides for the chains of the upper branches are tilted with respect to guides for the chains of the lower branches at an angle exceeding the angle of repose of cargo being transported, and a transition section of the same half of the pipeline is executed in the form of boxes with a window in the bottom and provided with a curved chain guides of the upper branch of the conveyor and straight chain guides lower branches.

Due to this design decision downhole scraper conveyor, reduces the cost of production of coal, increase productivity, the sight of the aqueous efforts chain.

Scraper conveyor consists of drive units 1 and 2 (Fig. 1) installed on both ends of the conveyor chains with scrapers 3 (Fig. 2, figs. 3), line 4, 5, additional transition line 6 and transitional 7, 8 sections. One half of the conveyor includes a drive unit 1, the adapter 7 and line 4 (Fig. 2) sections of conventional design, such as in the prototype, the second half of the conveyor includes a drive unit 2, the adapter 8 and line 5 sections. The linear section 5 (Fig. 3) made in the form of trench 9 with the guides 10 for the chains of the upper branches and 11 for the circuits of the lower branch of the conveyor, while the guides 10 are tilted with respect to the guide rails 11 at an angle exceeding the angle of repose of the transported goods. Line the pipeline and straightforward guide 14 for circuit lower branches and provided with a protective visor 15. Transition section 8 (Fig. 5) made in the form of boxes 16 in the bottom of the box 17 and is provided with curved guides 18 for the chains of the upper branch of the conveyor and straightforward guide 19 for circuit lower branches inside it.

Scraper conveyor works in lava two combine in the following way: one harvester performs blasting and loading rock mass on one side of the conveyor, and the second half (Fig. 10). Thus, the transportation of rock mass is both branches of the pipeline: on the upper branch of the transportation of goods is carried out on the half line from the linear transition section 6 to the drive unit 1, and the lower branches on the second half of the conveyor in the opposite direction from the linear transition section 6 to the transition section 8. Loading and unloading of the upper branch of the conveyor in the usual way (loading - by navasky rock mass on conveyor, the unloading is carried out at the end of the conveyor in place of changing the direction of movement of the chain conveyor), and loading the lower branches is carried out by sifting of the rock mass through the upper branch of the conveyor, the unloading of the lower branches through the window 17 in the bottom of the transition is od scrapers upper branch of the conveyor from horizontal to inclined, and linear transition section 6, connecting the linear sections 4 and 5, provides a transition scrapers upper branch of the conveyor from an inclined to a horizontal position. The inclination of the upper branch of the conveyor in a linear sections 5 at an angle exceeding the angle of repose of the cargo, allows for easy transportation of rock mass, the lower branch of the conveyor without creating additional resistance. Due to the transportation by pipeline of rock on both branches in opposite directions, is provided to increase pipeline and decrease the tension of the chain on the drives of the conveyor, thus increasing its length. Related work two harvesters provides a constant load on the driving mechanism of the conveyor and has a positive effect on their work.

Mining complex on the basis of this conveyor can be used to increase performance stope in difficult mining and also in terms where the increase in speed stope can lead to crash the roof rocks and rock bursts, i.e., in such conditions, where it is impossible to use increase the width of the combine to increase the performance of the stope.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors with multichain traction member. Proposed scraper conveyor contains endless traction member consisting of parallel traction chains, two outer chains and one inner chain, closed in vertical plane on end sprockets and resting on guides of panline flight. It is provided with scrapers secured in turn by ends on outer chains, alternating with scrapers freely fitted with clearances between outer chains and attached by ends on inner chain. Scrappers secured on outer chains are provided with cavities for accommodating inner chain. Traction member is furnished with additional inner chain, both inner chains being arranged in middle part of panline flight symmetrically to each other relative to longitudinal axis of conveyor, and scrapers being secured by ends on both inner chains. Distance between outer and inner chains is set less than distance between inner chains.

EFFECT: increased length of flight owing to increased summary breaking force of traction member chains.

SUBSTANCE: scraper conveyor comprises endless closed towline resting on the guides of grooved panline (1), said towline being composed by three parallel pull chains, two outer chains (2, 3) and one inner chain (4). Scrapers (5) are secured by their ends to outer chains while scrapers (6) alternating with the former are arranged with clearance between outer chains and secured by their central part to inner chain. Height of scrapers secured at outer chains is 1.5 times larger than that of scrapers secured to inner chain at appropriate increase in the height of boards of panline.

SUBSTANCE: claimed conveyor comprises end sections with drive sprockets, drawing chain member closed in horizontal plane with carrier scrapers secured thereat, working and idle troughs composed by the pan line. Note here that the latter is composed of dump and face pan lines articulated for adjustment of the face pan line position over the bed soil by means of hydraulic jack, and of scrapers with cutters at their ends arranged at sliding carriages with elongated support guides and with pull chains connected with the carriages on both sides from the thrust guide.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction and underground use of coal includes cleaning extraction and dumping of coal, fixing and controlling ceiling and transporting coal along face to drift. On the drift, in moveable generator, coal is pulverized for intensive burning with use of jets in water boiler firebox, where high temperature of steam is achieved (about 1400 C), enough for decomposition of water on oxygen and hydrogen. These are separated, then oxygen is fed back to jets, and hydrogen is outputted along pipes and hoses in drifts and shaft. Variants of underground generator for realization of this method are provided. Also provided is method for extraction of disturbed coal beds by short faces. It includes extraction and dumping of coal on face conveyor, fixing of ceiling behind combine, moving conveyor line and support sections in direction of cleaning face displacement, control of ceiling with destruction and partial filling. Extraction of coal is performed in short curvilinear faces by long stripes along bed, in straight drive without forwarding drifts, with preservation and reuse of ventilation and conveyor drifts, equipped with mounting manipulator robots, with fixing behind combine by automatically operating support deflectors without unloading and displacing sections in area of coal extraction. Extraction and transporting of coal is performed by fast one-drum combine and curvilinear reloading conveyor, supplying coal to drift conveyor or immediately to underground gas or energy generator placed immediately on drift. Also proposed is face scraper conveyor for realization of said method, wherein pans are made with step along front face profile, greater, than along back one, while forming common line curved towards face with constant curvature. Also proposed is a method for controlling complex for unmanned coal extraction.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, effectiveness, broader functional capabilities.

For this purpose device is used containing pair of flight conveyors, forced-draught and suction fans, air chamber with air inlet hole provided with cyclone installed over flight conveyor to be loaded. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.

EFFECT: device of simple design providing effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrating facilities and it can be used for letting out ore or other materials and their separation. Proposed vibrating feeder has resilient supports, working member consisting of charging and discharge parts and vibrating drive consisting of two shafts with unbalance weight and motors, one per each unbalance weight. Place of arrangement of vibrating drive is determined basing on the fact that line of connection of axles of unbalance weights is located in area limited by two straight lines square to direction of vibration, one of which passed through center of mass, and the other is located at a distance from center of mass of 1/10L to side of charging part of working member. Axle of unbalance weights are located at different sides from line of direction of vibration passing through center of mass at distance equal to not less than 1/8 where L is distance between resilient supports in horizontal direction.

EFFECT: improved stability of operation of vibrating feeder at unstable supply and impact loads on working member at discharging.
