Device is furnished additionally with connecting rod, one end of which is hinge-coupled with racks of accelerating mechanism, and the other, with gear wheel installed on subframe.

Hydraulic shock absorbers are hinge-secured on semi-frames of prime mover and trailer, being coupled with pilot-controlled check valve and located higher than upper point of hinge turning of tie-rods. Moving part of hydraulic shock absorber exceeds value of longitudinal displacement of front tie-rod.
