(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to a mechanical Assembly production and can be used when removing items mainly forging connections. On the housing pivotally mounted gripping legs in the form of two shoulders arms and is mounted in contact with the levers rotatable disk having the form of a flat fist. The levers are biased to the fist. On the working surface of the fist are the areas of the spiral form, which is a contact zone of a fist with a shrug of the levers. In the housing bore is the power cylinder with the rod. The levers may be inclined to the axis of the housing grooves covering the hinges for extra grip gripper supports with removable item. Two shoulders, the arms may be spring-loaded with respect to these joints. The invention relates to equipment mechanical Assembly production, namely, devices for dismantling parts, mainly press-fit connection.

Known pullers according to the author's certificate of the USSR N 490626, B 23 P 19/02, 1975 ka mounted with the possibility of axial movement of the disk, paws made in the form of l-shaped levers, one arm of which communicates with the specified disk, and the other with the item.

A known design of a stripper has the following disadvantages. A disk is mounted with the possibility of axial movement of the threaded pair on the basis complicates the design and reduces the operating speed of the device, and the presence of l-shaped levers installed one of the shoulders in a peripheral annular groove of the disk increases the size and weight of a stripper. Gripping levers mounted on the crossbar of the base with the possibility of disengagement with the item under load due to the elastic deformation of the elements of the device.

Known puller for removal.with. USSR N 1593880, B 38 P 19/02, B. I. N 35, 1990), comprising a housing with an opening and pivotally attached to the gripping legs made in the form of two shoulders of the levers. The puller includes a power cylinder with a piston rod mounted for movement in said opening, and a disk made with the contact zone with the corresponding arms of the levers and mounted on the housing can be rotated about its axis. The surface of the disk that hosts the zone of contact with the shoulders of the levers made vognutuyu grooves. In another embodiment, the puller is made with a spiral protrusion on the end of the disk.

The disadvantages of this puller is the low reliability of the clutch with the item, low manufacturability, increased size and weight. Indeed, when concatenating the corresponding arms of the levers with removable item possible elastic deformations, which do not are compensated, which can lead to tripping of seizures. Run disk with a spiral groove on the top of a spiral protrusion on reduces manufacturability. This circumstance is exacerbated by the fact that the contact zone is formed on the concave surface. The objective of the invention is to improve the reliability of coupling with detail, improving manufacturability, reduced size and weight. The aim was to improve the performance of the device.

Tasks resh form two shoulders of the levers, the power cylinder with a rod arranged to move in the housing bore, and a disk mounted on the housing can be rotated about its axis and having a zone of contact with the respective shoulders two shoulders levers carried out the following improvements. The essence of the invention is illustrated in the drawings. In Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal axial section of the puller of Fig. 2 is a view of the disk by the arrow a in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a view of the two shoulders of the lever and a flat spring, view B in Fig. is m is the piston 4 with the sleeve 5 and the shaft 6. In the radial grooves 11 of the spider 2 (Fig. 1 and 2) are two shoulders levers 12. Their inclined relative to the axis of the housing 1 by the grooves 13 cover hinges 14, mounted in the crossbar 2. The lever 12 is biased to the hinges flat U-shaped spring 15 (Fig.3).

The levers 12 are on one shoulder from the center 10 of the shaft 6 hooks 16. Between the housing 1 and two shoulders arms 12 mounted spring 17 with the ability to preload each of the second arm levers 12, carrying at their ends the screws 18 with a spherical head 19, the disk 20, is made in the form of a flat fist. The disk 20 has a contact zone with a shrug of the levers in the form located on the working surface of the knuckle sections 21 of the spiral form (Fig. 2). The disk 20 to rotate the arm 22 is mounted on the casing 1. Against lateral displacements of the two shoulders, the arms 12 are held in addition to the slots 11 slots 23 of the strap 24 to be fixed to the flange 8 by a nut 25. The extractor works as follows.

Capture the removed parts produced during the rotation of the disk 20 by the handle 22. After removal of the pressure in the hydraulic system is reduced to atmospheric and the rotation of the disk 20 in the reverse direction to remove the item from the hooks 16 of the puller.

Run disk 20 in the form of a flat fist with the area of contact with the shoulders of the levers in the form located on the working surface of the knuckle sections 21 of the spiral form reduces the size and weight of the puller, improved manufacturability. Installation is provided with additional power hydraulic cylinder that forms together with connected in parallel main hydraulic cylinder unit of power hydraulic cylinders. Said unit of power hydraulic cylinders is placed on supporting sheet-plate mounted on upper stand with possibility of rotation or removal from upper stand and with possibility of moving in range of length of flexible hoses. Similar cavities of hydraulic cylinders are mutually communicated. Clamping device includes movable and stationary plates mounted respectively on rods and back lids of hydraulic cylinders and designed for joining tie rods of attachment.

Rear plate carries piston hydraulic cylinder with hollow rod and piston with bore. Additional piston and rod are installed, according, in bore of piston and space of hollow rod. Rod thrust against central end face of wheel-set axle. Hollow rod thrust against end face of stepped bore of wheel-set axle found between seat steps for wheel hub and for bearings. Each movable cross beam is rigidly connected to plunger of according power hydraulic cylinder and is arranged with the possibility of displacement relative to axes of power frame columns. Movable cross beams are equipped with bearing location plates arranged with the possibility to install wheelset axle on them and its basing and centering in box journals. Thrust cross beam is hingedly installed in columns of power frame between bearing location plates with the possibility of its rotation around its axis, which is perpendicular to axes of power frame columns.
