Part of the basis for medical films used for the application, contains gelatin, glycerin and water in the following ratio of components, wt.%: gelatin - to 28.57, glycerin - 5,00, water - 66,43. Using the proposed framework allows to obtain a film with good biopharmaceutical and physical properties. The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical technology, namely the technology of medicinal films intended for application to mucous membranes.The foundations for such films consisting of collagen (VFS 42-724-78) - film "Oblaka" (FS-42-2538-88), of the polymer biorastvorimym (FS-42-2715-90) - film trimebutina (VFS-42-2313-94).Collagen as the basis for films along with the advantages there are some disadvantages: due to its insolubility in water, the process of making films associated with technological difficulties. In addition, collagen obtained from animal products, retains traces of species specificity and causes a weak immune response.The authors proposed the following the hydrolysis compared with collagen deprived of species specificity. Gelatin dissolved in water and solidifies at room temperature, which makes the process simple and easy. In addition, gelatin is completely absorbed by the human body, has a hemostatic effect and the ability to stimulate reparative processes.Gelatin is an excellent foaming agent. Bioavailability of drugs, introduced in the hydrophilic gelatin film, is quite high. From synthetic polymers gelatin differs natural, availability, cheapness.The specified concentration of gelatin provides a sufficient body of films and their repository action.The glycerol in the composition of this framework serves as wagoregeregom - it prevents deformation of the film in the drying process, particularly accelerated.
