Thus, to be solved by the invention the task is aimed at creating designs of disposable medical extender for organs and tissues, which would avoid the disadvantages of the known analogues.

The technical result of the invention consists in the improved interaction with tissues, for example, wound or tissues during the examinations or procedures.

The invention consists in the fact that disposable medical extender for organ and tissue comprises a tubular basic body with a flange on one end and a knob at the other end. Unlike the closest analogue (i.e. prototype) it is equipped with sealed packaging and has a lodgement for positioning and/or fixation of the tissue, which formed the side of the anchor body, the area of flange, paired with the side of the anchor body, and a plot of the lateral side of the knob, located flush with the side of the supporting body, while the side is made in the form of additional eccentric flange or vidiyolar of the polymer, or from material of vegetable origin, and with its inner and outer surfaces coincide or do not coincide in form.

In special cases its execution extender may have a flange and a side of different sizes and/or shapes. The flange and/or the knob may be made of polymer and/or material of plant origin.
