The tractor comprises body with frame, external structure and engine-transmission installation with positioned at boards left and right final reduction gears, and two board carriages. Carriages have track chain, track roller groups, front guide wheel and rear carrier-driving wheel mounted on final reduction gear axis. Each of the carriages is structurally independent from body and fitted with longitudinal beam bearing track roller groups. Axis of front wheel which is made bearing is rigidly connected with one end of longitudinal beam. At the opposite beam end the board final reduction gear with rear carrying-driving wheel is fixed. Longitudinal beam is interconnected with body frame via central connection and peripheral resilient suspensions. The resilient suspension is made in the form of angle piece with vertical resilient leg fixed on body frame and horizontal leg fixed on beam of carriage. One of the angle legs has hinge mounting and the other - rigid mounting.
