In known constructions of running systems of caterpillar tractors with lever-beam suspension axial fixation levers carriages with wheels is a flat spine of the stopper within the rectangular locking groove of the reference axis of the lever. The present invention is to increase the wear resistance of the locking device of the carriage tractor and reliability only the reference node.

This task is solved in that in the known reference node lever-beam suspension supporting axis provided with a collar at the end of which abuts against the outer end of the inner sleeve, the thorn of the stopper and the locking groove axis is made with one of the working surface and the retaining groove adjacent to the collar on the outside.

The tractor comprises body with frame, external structure and engine-transmission installation with positioned at boards left and right final reduction gears, and two board carriages. Carriages have track chain, track roller groups, front guide wheel and rear carrier-driving wheel mounted on final reduction gear axis. Each of the carriages is structurally independent from body and fitted with longitudinal beam bearing track roller groups. Axis of front wheel which is made bearing is rigidly connected with one end of longitudinal beam. At the opposite beam end the board final reduction gear with rear carrying-driving wheel is fixed. Longitudinal beam is interconnected with body frame via central connection and peripheral resilient suspensions. The resilient suspension is made in the form of angle piece with vertical resilient leg fixed on body frame and horizontal leg fixed on beam of carriage. One of the angle legs has hinge mounting and the other - rigid mounting.

EFFECT: following effect is achieved: simplification of the system of horizontal forces transfer and vertical dynamic loads acting when tractor is working in vertical and horizontal planes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, particularly to designs of lever-type fully articulated suspension of caterpillar drive. Proposed suspension comprises idler arm coupled with frame via flexible element and swinging axle aligned with rotational axis of drive wheels (sprockets) of caterpillar drive. Balance lever supporting guide wheels and/or wheels-rollers and/or caterpillar chain sliding guides is coupled with idler arm to swing thereon. In compliance with first version, suspension has drive wheel shaft journals secured between frame brackets. Shaft with drive wheels runs in axle, while idler arm sleeve is fitted on shaft central part that doubles as swinging axle. In compliance with first version, suspension has drive wheel shaft journals secured between frame brackets. "П"-like idler arm sleeve swings on the axle. Idler arm represents a yoke. Shaft with drive wheels runs on idler arm sleeve central part. In compliance with third version, suspension has idler arm arranged at the joint of connection with balance lever that represents a yoke. H-like balance lever incorporates two lengthwise side members interconnected by crosspiece. Balance lever is arranged between arms of the idler arm yoke and coupled therewith to swing relative to transverse axis.

Suspension comprises carriage 1, road wheels 3 coupled in pairs by rocker 2, linkage 4, and two interacting surfaces 7, 6. Said linkage 4 is composed of cranked axle 8 and comprises two cranks 9 fitted on central pin 10. Rocker 2 is furnished with bushes 11 and fitted on cranked axle 8 to revolve thereon. Chain track comprises a frame 1, endless reinforced rubber caterpillar chain 2, drive sprocket 3, guide wheel 4 with tensioner 5, support rollers, support rollers 6, and road rollers 9. Road rollers 9 are fitted at carriage 20 coupled with crossbar by means of guide bushes 7 and resilient spring 9. Running gear comprises bearing frame 1 with levers 4, 5 coupled therewith via axles 2, 3. Equalisers 8, 9 with road wheels 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 are fitted on axles 6, 7 at ends of levers 4, 5. Guide wheels 16 with tensioners and dampers and drive wheels 17 are mounted at said frame. Running gear incorporates device to lock rotation of equaliser 8, 9 around axles 6, 7 composed of rotary levers 19, 20. The latter have their ends articulated at bearing frame to turn in horizontal plane and opposite ends to grip said equalisers. Free ends of rotary levers 19, 20 are shaped to yokes. Hydraulic cylinders have one ends coupled with bearing frame 1 while their opposite ends are articulated with rotary levers 19, 20.

The off-roader suspension comprises a transverse lever with hinged connection to the upper part of the body and a ball joint in the area of fixation of the specified lever to the support frame near the driving wheel, and a spring fixed between the body and the support frame in its lower part near the support wheel. The spring is installed approximately transversely to the longitudinal axis of the off-roader.
