Animals-fourth (control) group did not senzibilizirani and kept on viburnum diet, entering daily intragastrically in 2.0 ml of saline. Sensitization was carried out according to the following scheme: in the first, third and fifth day, rats were injected intraperitoneally at 100 mg OVA with Al2(OH)3and on the twenty-first day booster injection 10.0 mg OVA with Al2(OH)3.

On the twenty-ninth day sensibilizing. The severity of the symptoms of anaphylactic shock was evaluated by intestinal barrier, which is determined by the absorption of the indicator intestinal permeability of polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 4000 daltons (PEG-4000). The effect of this drug was so strong that defined the indicator does not differ from the corresponding index in the intact animals (control group). About the efficiency of utilization of animals selenium is part of Vitacel-Se", demonstrated by the increase of its content in blood serum and Zirovanii animals and has antianaphylactic (Hypo-allergenic) effect.

Example 4. The influence of adaptation to physical loads of preparation example 2 was studied in experiments on mice. Mouse strain CBA were divided into two groups of 25 animals each. Animals of the experimental group during the 6 days were additionally by intragastric administration (probe) 3 mg "Vitacel-Se" and 20 mg of Vitacel in 0.1 ml of physiological solution against the standard diet. Animals of the control group were on standard vivarium diet. FIELD: microbiological and food-processing industry, in particular, production from yeast biomass of biologically active food product enriched in components valuable for human feeding, such as phytoteas, beverages, various food products and dishes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves washing and removing mustard from food yeast; providing autolysis, boiling out and drying procedures. At autolysis stage, yeast suspension is diluted with water used in the ratio of 1:1 at temperature of 500C and pH value of 5; holding while mixing for 60-90 min. After autolysis operation, preliminarily diluted enzyme preparation of amylorisin is introduced into diluted mass in an amount of 0.2% by weight of basic amount of yeast and held at temperature of 500C for 5-6 hours, with mixing being provided during holding period. Mustard is removed from food yeast by means of sodium bicarbonate. Method allows clear and transparent product with increased content of substances useful for human organism to be obtained.

EFFECT: simplified method, wider range of use and improved quality of ready product.
