(57) Abstract:

Perishable products are transported by road, sea, rail and air transport with the use of various technologies. When transporting expensive perishable products typically rely not only for cooling, but with it or instead apply a regulated atmosphere, which is most suitable for preserving food.

Under controlled atmosphere refers to the creation, cleaning, etc., sealed or controlled atmosphere around the product and usually includes the regulation of the content of at least one of the gases: nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and ethylene.

Under perishable foods means any foods, the value of which can be saved or improved by slowing their aging (maturation) during storage, preparation for shipment and/or transportation. Products can be breathable, such as fruit or vegetables, not breathing, such as meat or fish, and any mixture or combination product composed of any of the above with other add-ons or without them. Perishable item is tashina products can also include flowers, medicines, body organs or other items requiring controlled temperature.

Transportable container may contain the transported objects based on the pallets, such as styling products in plastic wrap or boxes of food.

The peculiarity of modern technology is a trend towards the use of refrigerated containers of standard dimensions, made with the possibility of loading container handling equipment on trucks, railway carriages, ships, etc. and unloading with them. The advantage of the present invention is to provide improved regulation of atmospheric composition and/or temperature without the need for conversion of such containers, which allows to use existing reefer vessels, cold storage warehouses, refrigerated transport containers, etc., and thereby reduce costs.

Therefore, the aim of the present invention is to provide a method for storage, transportation and preparation for transportation of perishable products and equipment relevant to this method, so the user at least gets useful variome container with rigid walls, the size of which is selected in accordance with the size of the pallet and which has a cavity for fork loader and contains a fan to circulate air. However, for cooling this system uses solid CO2and does not use the heat transfer through the walls of the container for possible cooling of the internal parts. Description of U.S. patent 3633381 discloses a portable refrigerator with an open loop using the system cooling the compressed gas. It offers insulated box in which air circulation is carried out by convection, and not by compulsion. There is no use of heat transfer through the walls of the container to ensure the maintenance or change of the internal temperature.

In the first aspect of the present invention includes a method of transportation, storage or preparation for transportation or storage of perishable products, including:

Heat transfer takes place through the walls of the plastic bag.

Although the drawings show specific preferred embodiments of the invention, it is obvious that the scope of the invention described above.

The present invention is associated with awareness of the difficulties that arise in connection with the task of creating refrigerated sea containers, which along with the usual cooling is also required R in order to control the temperature of cargo in refrigerated shipping containers for fresh perishable products, because a significant portion of the existing fleet of refrigerated shipping containers are designed to transport frozen and not fresh products; 2) existing refrigerated shipping containers for the most part unable to create or maintain a desired normal high humidity level, which is required for most perishable products; 3) circulation of gas and/or air in such refrigerated sea containers from the existing fleet is not usually meets the requirements for the content of perishable products; 4) refrigerated sea containers existing fleet usually insufficiently sealed and have a tendency to uncontrolled transmission of the atmospheric air.

The purposeful creation of a refrigerated shipping container, are able to overcome these difficulties, is costly and requires abandoning the use of a significant part of the existing fleet of refrigerated transport containers. The present invention therefore is applicable in existing refrigerated ships, refrigerators, as well as in existing refrigerated transport containers.
