The invention relates to a Converter equipment and can be used as a master oscillator in multichannel systems of automatic regulation and control. The device consists of N channels, each of which contains an oscillator with phase locked loop comprising a phase comparator, the output of which through the filter of low frequencies is connected to the input of the generator, voltage-controlled, the output of which is connected to a second input of the phase comparator and an output channel of the device. In each of the N channels have been added to the comparator with N resistors and phase-shifting device, and the inverting input of the comparator is connected through N-1 resistors to the outputs of the remaining N-1 channels and through the N-th resistor with the output of the generator, voltage-controlled, and the output of the specified comparator through a phase-shifting device connected to the first input of the phase comparator. The task is solved in that the generator of the rectangular voltage, comprising a generator with a phase locked loop comprising a phase comparator, the output of which through the filter of low frequencies is connected to the input of the generator, voltage-controlled, the output of which is connected to a second input of the phase comparator and an output device, made of N-channel, each of the N channels have been added to the comparator with N resistors and phase-shifting device, and the inverting input of the comparator is connected through N-1 resistors to the outputs of the remaining N-1 channels and through the nth resistanceto connected to the first input of the specified phase comparator.

This signal is fed through a phase-shifting device 3 to the first input of the phase comparator 4, the second input of which the signal's own frequency output from the VCO 5. The output of the phase comparator 4 at the initial time get an error voltage corresponding to the frequency difference of the signals at its first and second inputs. After filtering by the LPF 6 smoothed voltage output from the LPF 6 is fed to the input of the VCO 5 in such a phase that the frequency of the VCO 5 began to approach the frequency comparator 2. This process of adjustment will continue until the full alignment of the frequencies and phases of the signals of the comparator 2 and VCO 5.
